I so very much enjoyed the delicious food here and wish I had been able to visit much more often.
The owner here was always so friendly and accommodating and very welcoming to all his guests.
I tried the beef Bulgogi…simmering pot which is a specialty here and ever ramen I tried was fiery tasty and spiced to your liking.
The last visit a friend of mine came here to order ramen soup and split a deep fried squid appetizer. There was always hot broth available for everyone to enjoy prior to your meal coming out.
I will definitely miss visiting this cute spot but I know the owner here also owns a Japanese restaurant in Palatine so I look forward to trying that location soon!

Recently ate lunch here. This is such a great addition to the diverse cuisine in the area! It’s also really affordable!
Ordered the House Kimbop and Curry Pancake for appetizers. Both were incredibly tasty and generously sized. Easily sharable between 3-4 people.
For lunch, I ordered the Bibimbap with beef. Removed the carrots and radish and added teriyaki and yum yum sauce. Requests were honored and everything was delicious!
They also have complimentary soup for dine in customers. It was really tasty!
Will be back for sure! 🙂

Went with friends and we all enjoyed our dishes (tofu bibimbap, spicy pork kimbap, Bulgogi kimchi fries). The chef also came out and checked on us, making sure we had each enjoyed our order. When you dine in, there is free broth to sip on with your meal, which was very nice. Friendly, attentive service and delicious food! Comfortable seating as well.

An amazing Korean street food spot. My Korean bestie says it’s super authentic. The food is flavorful and served hot. Portions are generous. Prices are very reasonable. Cute decor all over the restaurant. Awesome call button at your table. Easy to park. Open late. Great customer service. Clean and cozy. Will come back!

I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience it seemed necessary. This place is excellent, the staff were attentive and very friendly. For someone not super familiar with all the food items having pictures on the menu was super helpful. The cup Bokki with bulgogi was delicious and tender. The complimentary soup was also great. I recommend this place to anyone

Depending on what you order you will give it 5/5 or 4/5 but I have to say Cup Bop with spicy pork+ magic sauce was delicious! I tried their bulgogi nachos which were good too but maybe because it’s fusion I liked the more authentic dishes here better. The lady at the front was so nice and made us feel welcomed. Complimentary soup and side dishes are always a plus too. Atmosphere-wise it definitely calls for a bookshik (Korean street food) place.

The place is clean and super bright, the person at the counter was super helpful in helping us decide what to eat.
Its more of a street food style resturant, so we were not prepared for it as we went in for lunch. But the food was really good, a little on the pricey side considering the quantity and some of the food was in paper plates with self service.. overall a good experience.
