Great looking restaurant, very clean & cozy. The service was great! The food was delicious, alot of flavor in that ramen! I’m not a fan of the noodles but everything else exceeded my expectations. We will definitely return!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Since I moved to bossier a few months ago, my boyfriend and I have tried this place multiple times and it never disappoints! Last night I tried a poke bowl and it’s definitely my new favorite thing. The food isn’t the only great thing though. I definitely recommend getting a strawberry boba! The waiters and waitresses are also very kind and the decor inside is just stunning!!

I had the pleasure of visiting Tsuyoi Ramen on its opening day, and it definitely did not disappoint! I tried the Katsu Curry Chicken with rice, and it was absolutely phenomenal—perfectly crispy, tender, and packed with flavor. My partner went for the poke bowl, where he got to choose his own toppings, and it was just as delicious. We both loved the atmosphere of the restaurant; it’s warm, cozy, and inviting—ideal for a relaxing meal. The staff were incredibly sweet and made us feel right at home. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous and comfortable dining space. Fast and friendly service in house and for to-go orders. Food tastes fresh, clean-exceeded my expectations! Every dish was beautiful on the plate, the gyoza cooked with love, poke bowl carefully crafted…I could go on! You can’t go wrong with any dish!

North Bossier city just got a serious upgrade, and its name is TSUYOI RAMEN (because yes, it’s that good, it deserves to be name-dropped). This brand-new ramen spot is serving up piping hot bowls of comfort and culture—and honestly? It’s everything I didn’t know I was craving.

Let’s talk food. The ramen options are chef’s kiss—authentic, deeply flavorful broths, perfectly chewy noodles, and toppings that hit every note from umami to crisp. But it doesn’t stop there. The menu takes a delicious tour across Asian cuisine with dishes that feel lovingly true to their roots. This isn’t fusion confusion—it’s tradition done right.

The drinks are worth a mention of their own. Whether you’re into delicate floral teas, Instagram-worthy snow slushies, or those fun, bouncy boba concoctions—this place has your hydration and your vibe covered.

Now for the cherry on top—literally and figuratively. The ambience is dreamy, with soft lighting, cozy nooks, and those signature cherry blossoms that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a tranquil hideaway somewhere in Kyoto. It’s a perfect backdrop for both solo noodle slurping and big group outings.

The staff? Incredibly attentive without being overbearing. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly proud of the experience they’re helping to deliver.

I was so impressed, I immediately started evangelizing at work—and yes, I’ve already dragged the team here for a group lunch. This place is the kind of local treasure you hope stays exactly as it is, even as word (inevitably) gets out.

A welcome, flavorful, and absolutely fabulous addition to the N. Bossier community. If you’re a foodie—or just food-curious—this one should be at the top of your list.

Looks can be deceiving. From the outside it looks like another eatery but it is so pretty on the inside (instagramable).
Here’s what we got
Fried Spring Rolls- so delicious!
Build your own Poke- fresh ingredients, great bang for the buck
Chicken Ramen (original)- very flavorful
Taro Drink and Green Tea (cold)- doesn’t have much sugar, was a little expensive probably the only con.

Absolutely amazing! We will forego any sushi restaurant around and come here every single time! The bubble tea is provided by BESTEA – the BEST boba! We also ordered the Pork Belly, Zucchini, & Scallops skewers. The zucchini & scallops were our favorites. Got the Bao Buns & Octopus Balls to-go. Fresh Bao Buns are SO hard to find around here.

The food …. 5 star Amazing!
The service …. extremely Amazing. (I think my server’s name was Summer, she was very informative and very attentive)
The Atmosphere … let’s just say even if they didn’t have amazing food I would still go there just to feel like I was on vacation in another country. It is so clean and so beautiful in there.
And yall, the Korean Kimchi Ramen is amazing as well as the Ramen that has black garlic in it … wow the broth was soooo good! (Im sure they are all good but those are the two we had and we both were impressed)

I ordered online and drove 30 minutes round trip to pick up the food. I spent $9.25 for 2 chicken bao bun. When I got home we opened the bag and only one was in there. We called the restaurant (talked to owner) and they told us to come back to get it or get it next time. We are leaving Louisiana tomorrow and have no time to pick this up. We asked for a refund for the one that was missing but they said they can’t do it. We are disappointed in the service.
