The ambiance is really pleasant and our server was very professional and proficient. However, the food took a long time getting out to us. We ordered the Don Juan, the Cococabana, and the Fire-Breathing Dragon, all of which were pretty good. Went here with my wife and sister. We ordered the Fire Breathing Dragon, Executive Suite and P.D. rolls. All of them were amazing. I particularly enjoyed the Executive Suite, the lime and cilantro worked extremely well with the rest of the roll and is unlike any other sushi roll I have had.

Tsunami has long been our favorite sushi restaurant in Utah. Better than Takashi, better than Itto, better than many others. The fish is outstanding and the rolls (minus the fried rolls) feel healthy. They have an excellent gluten free menu and take GF allergies and celiac seriously.
