Service was very friendly, the restaurant is nice and clean. The bathrooms are clean.
There was seven of us – there was one misunderstanding about what one of us ordered but it was fixed quickly. The problem is it was fixed incorrectly and since we took it to go we didn’t know until later one. We ordered the moon chicken and were given the shrimp (good thing for no allergies) but when they fixed it and gave us the chicken, it didn’t come with any vegetables. Just rice, ground chicken and oil. Major fail here.
The crab rangoon was good. The Tom Kha Gai was just okay. It wasn’t very hot and wasn’t very good. We brought it home to maybe fix it up. The calamari was okay – the peppers and jalapeños are an ice touch.
The sushi was okay but the nori is very chewy and the spicy tuna was more a puree.
The Panang curry was good.
The chicken tempura was pretty tasteless – and the sauce didn’t save it.
All and all there were some plusses and minuses. The meal not being fixed correctly was a huge miss.
The thai tea was just okay but the glasses are nice and big. Maybe this place is good for the area, it does have a lot of options in one place but there are some big misses here too. Flowers on one of the plates with the sushi was a cute touch.
Lunch prices are good.
The food is absolutely delicious and fresh. Wide variety of options, not just sushi. Very friendly staff, newly renovated and it’s clean.
10/10
Of exposure to a lot of people, she said it was not busy at all and she could seat us far away from others. We arrived at 4 pm and there were only 2 other tables (4 people) there. We ordered, our food came out quickly, was hot and delicious. For appetizers we had the crab Rangoon and the chicken satay, both were excellent, at first I wasn’t sure about the peanut sauce as it was a bit heavy on the curry but 3 bites in and it was addictive! I had the Hunan chicken, (which I’d never had before) the amount of vegetables in it was impressive and everything was fresh. My husband had the chicken pad Thai which was excellent. Portions were very generous and we took home enough for likely 2 more meals for us.
The staff, wow! Our waitress Sage was incredibly kind, courteous, respectful and considerate. Every time she came to our table she put a mask on l, which I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. I didn’t ask her to, she just did it and that shows me that she values others and respects their situations. She was attentive, friendly and quick, and clearly a hard worker. So refreshing as you rarely get this kind of experience anymore.
