I’ve eaten here a few times. The food is always hot and fresh. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the food lacks a good flavor and variety of taste. Some of the dishes that you order taste the same or similar flavor except some are slightly spicier. If they put a little more effort into the flavor of the food it could be perfect. The service is always great and staff is friendly.

I can’t believe we’ve been sleeping on Tsai’s Kitchen for the last few years. Came here on New Year’s Day for dine in. The two ladies serving were both very friendly.
Keeping where we are in mind, our meal was VERY tasty. Husband had the curry chicken bowl and I had the black pepper chicken with egg drop soup and split the crab cheese puffs (crab rangoons). My black pepper chicken sauce was incredibly flavorful, the egg drop soup was hearty and warm on a cold, snowy day. The portions for our entrees were huge and more than enough to bring home for leftovers.
We were blown away by how reasonably priced everything was including 2 beers. We’re so happy we finally gave them a try and look forward to working through the menu!

Have always had good luck with this place. Dine in or take out, good fresh food service was pretty good. Sad to hear that it is closing its doors. Although, may not be a bad thing when the highway gets expanded. Best of luck and thank you for all the dedication in years

Good size portions. Clear, simple, easy to understand menu. Clean establishment and bathroom. Good service. Had the fried rice, egg roll, Sweet & Sour pork. Could have had some more “kick” regarding flavor but still tasted pretty good. Decent price. If I’m back in the area, I’ll stop by again.

To all the reviewers out there saying this place is flavorless and made from frozen ingredients, how wrong can you be? My fiancé and I have been ordering here at least 2x a month for the past two years and I have never received anything that tasted frozen or bland. We’ve had our not so favorite dishes and that’s just fine! When you arrive at the restaurant, you can see the owner himself making everything FRESH. And you can taste it! I will always choose Tsai’s over any other Thai/Mandarin cuisine. The staff is so helpful and welcoming. The food speaks for itself, it is delicious, fresh, and leaves you wanting to come back for more! Thank you Tsai’s!

We arrived after 3 pm. No one was eating in. We let the hostess know we wanted to eat in. Several arrived to get take out irders. The do curbside pickup.
We know our favorites but I chose a spicy chicken instead of sweet and sour, my usual. My husband ordered Kung Pao Chicken he likes the spicy and peanuts.
The restaurant is small but very clean. Service was excellent and the food plentiful and most delicious. We ordered a brownie to go. We had food to take home. I love leftovers.
We will definitely be back with more of our family and friends.

This is a must stop if your living in or visiting Middleton Idaho. The Chinese food is the best I’ve ever had! The service is amazing and the restaurant is family owned and operated, definitely a must.

Eating here was my wife’s idea, while I was neutral about it. After finishing my meal, I will say this might be the best restaurant Middleton has to offer. The food was pleading to the eye and the taste buds. The portions were lager than expected. Then we found out all the sauces are made in house, including the soy sauce. This is seemingly a lost art in today’s restaurant industry. If this tiny place is out of the way for you it may well be worth the detour for the experience.
