Great restaurant to visit. Was there for dinner with friends to celebrate anniversaries. Large menu & great salad bar. Steaks are great as well as the burgers. Very unique fries that were awesome. Entertainment a few nights a week. Outdoor dining all plus. Sorry, was so excited to try the food we didn’t get the best photos.

Visited T’s Hitchin Post for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. First, the restaurant was very clean, the tables and chairs were clean, the restroom was clean and well stocked. I had the Philly Cheesesteak special and it was quite good. Nice, hot, and made with fresh ingredients. The house made potato chips, which in many restaurants are not that good, were actually quite good. Lightly salted, not overdone.
Yes, the menu was not exceptionally complex or exotic, the selection is well rounded and the item I had was very well prepared.
Will be back.

Great bartenders, great food, so glad we have a restaurant that is this good. We had the salmon with linguini and shrimp with linguine. Both were perfect and delicious. One can make a meal out of the salad bar! The bar area is separate from the dining room and has its own set of bathrooms which are accessible as well as the entrance. If it ever stops raining it will be really nice to sit out on the covered patio. There is ample parking at the front of the restaurant.

This was our second visit since they opened.
Angel is one of the best in the area. Always happy to see you. Greets everyone as they enter. Always on top of everything.
Whitney is a nice addition to the staff too.
We ordered Chicken Riggis and The Rice bowl with shrimp. Both came with the salad bar.
Everything on the salad bar was fresh. Same for my rice bowl. Both dishes were served quickly and hot. Tasty.
I spoke with the owner about possibly adding Tuna as an option fo the rice bowl. She was very open to the suggestion.
Excellent overall experience.
We’ll be back.

Cigarette smoking billowing in from the outdoor area and long wait time for food even though we beat the rush. Cold water in the bathrooms and women’s restroom was gross. We ordered extra crispy wings and they weren’t right even after a very long delay. Nice people and fun atmosphere but they need organizational help and more respect for non-smokers.

My husband visited this restaurant in July with our kids and loved it enough that we had to stop in again on our way through to the Adirondacks. Excellent food. Excellent service. We were waited on by the owner. She was very pleasant and attentive. She also had good suggestions for the area since we are from out of state. Clean restaurant. Clean, cute bathrooms. We ordered wings, Chicken cordon bleu and a caprese sandwich and they were all excellent. Will definitely stop here again on our next trip through the area.

A great little place for Sunday lunch. We went after church and there were just a few regulars, not busy at all. Got service immediately, Mackenzie (sp?) was friendly and quick to get what we needed. Drinks were served immediately, she was patient as we muddled over the menu, and then got our food to us quickly.
The burgers and kids pizza were perfect. Meal sizes are significant. The appetizer sampler was great too- mozz sticks, potato skins, battered mushrooms, and corn nuggets. Epic. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Next time I want to check out the dinner or pasta entrees, and some other apps like the fried onion petals.
The atmosphere is really cool, lots of rough hewn lumber and real wood paneling, neat vintage and rustic decor that is tastefully done, looks like a full bar too, with a variety of drink options; music playing in the background (not too loud, which was awesome).
When we left literally everyone working today thanked us for coming and invited us back again!
We might have to check the place out on Thursdays when we have our weekly date night. I hear they have live bands which sounds super fun.

We are new to the area and we are trying to get to know the people and the places so we decided to try a bit of what seemed to be the “local flare”. We were pleasantly surprised! Not only was the food good, the service was excellent and there was a live band that played excellent rock music! It was not too loud that you couldn’t have a conversation and everyone seemed to be having a great time! Prices were very nice too! We are looking forward to going again and again!

The food here was just okay, but I do have to admit that their pork belly appetizer is simply excellent. I got the garlic mushroom Swiss burger, and it was gross. It’s probably my fault for not asking, but they smear garlic paste across the top. I just assumed that they cooked garlic in with the onions. Also, it’s costly to eat here considering the price tag for the burgers. So, a pork belly appetizer, a couple of burgers, and two sodas cost about $80 with a tip. I’m unsure if I would go there again, but if I did, I would get a different burger.
