This place is unique. We enjoyed the whole experience. The restaurant is beautiful, the service was excellent, the singer was very good and the food was good. The menu is set and was emailed to us when we made the reservation. Five courses, deviled eggs, french onion soup, salad, prime rib with glazed carrots and key lime cheesecake. I’m not a fan of prime rib but all 4 of us thought it was very fatty and hard to cut. The french onion soup was the best we’ve ever had the salad and glazed carrots were great and the cheesecake terrific. Great place to experience at least once and for special occasions.

We have enjoyed TS Fork for 4 separate special occasions with 4 different menus. Tonight was the prime rib for my MIL 82nd birthday. Chef Jeff and TS Fork staff was AWESOME! We got the menu presentation direct from Chef Jeff. The food was delicious! We had an incredible experience for an incredible price! We will continue to spread the word in Bartlesville. TS Fork is a precious special restaurant and experience! Thank you for making my MIL have a special birthday.

Great place to eat. Would go back in a heart beat. TS Fork gets it’s name from “The Salt Fork” river that runs south of Tonkawa where the restaurant is located. Chef Jeff gives you some history of the building, tells you where the food is grown that you are getting ready to enjoy. This restaurant is a farm to fork establishment that operates on Fridays and Saturdays only, a 5 course dinner where everyone in the restaurant is served the same thing. The best and lightest deviled eggs I have ever eaten, the salad is simply beautiful and delicious as well. The meat, beef tenderloin grown locally, so tender that it melts in your mouth and the dessert prepared by a retired home economics teacher that lives in the area is to die for. Well worth the drive, reservations recommended!

I’ve had the pleasure of an evening at Chef Jeff’s TS Fork two times now and can not wait until I get to go again! If you haven’t been, it is a must go, you won’t be disappointed. His menu choices and combinations are top notch. Farm to fork concept with the majority of ingredients being locally sourced. The first visit the main course was Prime Rib and the second visit Beef Tenderloin. Each and every course was outstanding! It is a fixed price – fixed menu with typically 5 courses. You can visit his website to see when they will be open and what the menu will be. Reservations are a must. Excellent date night restaurant. :o)

Would rate this wonderful farm to table restaurant 6 stars if I could! Can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is very professional and kind. Musician was great- very talented, wide range of music (something for everyone) and a beautiful voice. And saving the best for last- hats off to the chef!! Not only is the food DELICIOUS with very generous portions, he went over and beyond to make our visit a unique experience. I can’t wait to visit this establishment again. Thank you all for a lovely evening and perfect way to celebrate my step-mom’s 70th birthday!
