As we were walking into Arbor Place, an employee handed us a special coupon for a $5 Cheeseburger. After getting everyone else set up for their lunch, I went back to try one. There was a short line to place orders. It only took a few minutes to get my order once it was placed. I ordered my Cheeseburger with no mayonnaise, lettuce, or tomato. Not a fan of the bun, but the meat had a good taste. I would order from here again in the future. This location is highly recommended!

I got the Happy Hour special. It came with the T’s Famous burger, fries and a drink. The burger was really good and it was definitely not a little patty burger. It was a thick real burger! It came with a lot of fries as well as the drink. I couldn’t even finish my meal and had half of it to take home. The staff are super friendly and caring! They really know the meaning of excellent customer service, which a lot of restaurants have lost sight of, but not here. The environment was nice and clean! Would definitely recommend and will be returning when I’m in the area.

We decided to try this last night for dinner. Big mistake, $41 dollars for 2 for dinner.
NOTHING SPECIAL HERE! The burgers were at least 1/2 in smaller than the bun (and overcooked) which was dry and cracked on the top.
Meat is lower end frozen, very greasy and no seasoning. Again nothing special for a BURGER BAR!
Crinkle fries and seasoned fries were frozen, not fresh (2 DIFFERENT PRICES). We kind of figured they would be hand cut or something special being a BURGER BAR!!!
Drinks were tiny and expensive, small is the almost the size of an airline cup! Peach punch was SO sweet (NO REFILLS)
Hand pies were not hand pies, they were like the old version of McDonalds pies. Same shape and fried! Not made there for sure. In fact I dont think they make anything there from scratch.
Owners seem to be rather rude as well. Tall man got pissy when I asked for it to go instead. All in all not a great or even good experience.
We could have gone to McDonalds and had a better, tastier burger for 1/2 the price and that says alot!
Lets talk about the seating. Tiny booths and counter service, the chairs were so close to the counter only a super skinny adult, teenager or child could sit there. No wheelchair accessibility area.
Were told the bathrooms were out of order. Isnt that a health violation??

Whew!!! When I tell you good!!! We came after a random day of killing time in the mall and T’s didn’t disappoint! Had the bacon cheese burger and the turkey burger. It was seasoned to perfection! The customer service made us feel like we were at home with friends! 10/10 recommend!! Can’t wait to come back! ❤️❤️❤️

This was my first time trying them out. Service was impeccable! Everything was good. The only thing I think Mrs. T needs are bigger straws for milkshakes, other than that everyone was nice and I enjoyed my food. The manger was so sweet and the employees.
