This is Rochesters best hidden gem. The beer on tap is always fresh, and you can tell they keep their lines clean. Food is absolutely delicious and very reasonable pricing. The bartenders are extremely attentive, and super nice. If you haven’t been, I’d highly recommend it. It has become my favorite go-to bar in Rochester. Make sure you tip the bartenders because they work their butts off.

Not a lot of late night dining available in Rochester so we tried Tryon City Tavern due to the reviews. The service and food did not disappoint! Placed our food and drink order and drinks came out with 5 min and food within 15 min. The cauliflower buffalo bites were delicious as was the crispy chicken sandwich and the parm fries! Delicioussssss!

Had the fish fry and it was very good. The batter is light and flaky and it comes with way more fries than you could eat. The coleslaw is pretty tasty too! Our bartender/server Ben was nice and friendly. Been here before and also had a Swiss mushroom burger and it was delicious!

Went here on a whim in search of a fish fry and were pleasantly surprised by the kind service and quality of the food. This place is definitely a bar first and restaurant second though, so if you’re prone to getting overwhelmed by sound, maybe get your order to go!
