The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for catching up, laughing way too loud, and lingering over great wine. The staff are super friendly and genuinely informative. They explain things in a way that’s easy to understand and make wine feel approachable, not intimidating.
The wine selection is fantastic, with tons of options and great recommendations. We tried a few different pours and loved getting to discover new favorites.
If you’re looking for a spot that’s equal parts educational and fun, with cozy vibes and a relaxed energy, TryWine is a must. Perfect for girls’ night, date night, or just because. ✨
I was worried that I wasn’t smart enough to figure out the tap thing but it turns out that a couple of glasses in, I’ve mastered it!
I’d come here for the vibe, the wine and a bowl of cheezits but they raise the bar with this sourdough amazingness!
Highly recommend moving here just to be close to this fun wine spot!
The intimate gathering, tailored for around 14 guests, showcased each course with meticulous attention to detail.
Accompanying wines were expertly paired, featuring a selection of exceptional choices. Although the 2 oz pours were delightful, I believe offering 3 oz pours would enhance the wine appreciation experience.
Constructive feedback aside, the staff could elevate their attentiveness, particularly in the realm of basic water service.
On the other hand, the appetizer we ordered, the bread trio, was good. Just keep in mind, if you’re coming for the food, you shouldn’t expect anything amazing.
The wine selection, ranging from reds to whites, old country to new country wines, and even dessert wines, was impressive. The interactive half-ounce, ounce, or glass serving options added a fun element to the experience. The card system for payment was user-friendly, allowing us to explore the diverse wine offerings effortlessly.
Opting for a charcuterie board, we were eager to try the curated selection of treats. Priced at $40, the board included an array of tempting items. However, upon its arrival, we were surprised by its size, as it seemed barely sufficient for two people. The absence of meats was unexpected given the price, and the initial cheese and bread quality were not up to par.
Nevertheless, the staff went above and beyond to address our concerns. They promptly replaced the cheeses, and in the end, they even comped the board, turning it into a learning opportunity. Despite our initial hesitation to inquire about certain aspects, the staff’s kindness encouraged a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Overall, Try Wine offers a unique and exciting wine-tasting experience, and while there were hiccups with the charcuterie board, the exceptional service and willingness to rectify concerns left a positive impression. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and the opportunity to expand my knowledge in a welcoming environment.
Oliver the owner and the staff are awesome learn from and explore the world of wine.
They have bottles tapped (true nitrogen gas preventing O2) so one can experience small to large pours without having to fully open a bottle.
The shop has all the best vineyards and variety.
Whether you’re looking for a great inexpensive bottle or want to get as crazy as you like, Try Wine has it.
They have become our go to relaxing spot down town.
The reason I gave 4 stars is because I was taken aback by them asking for my credit card up front for them to hold on to. Honestly I assumed it was because I’m black. I checked the reviews and no one mentioned this.
Any who I ordered spicy cheese, the green organic wine flight & a bottle of Nero D’avola wine from Spain. The bill was $53.29.
My daughter ordered the Eastern garden pizza and she loved it.
There’s also a wine store in this place.
