Shevean, the manager was able to accommodate my big party in two days after I discovered I erroneously made the reservation at their Torrance restaurant while I needed the one by the airport. The staff who served our tables were extremely accommodating the entire time. They never missed the beat. They kept asking if we needed anything. We had a big group of 20+ people and the space did not seem sounded at all. Truxton’s is not only a great place for good food, for corporate events-luncheons or a big family gathering. It is indeed one of the best-kept secrets in the city.

There is a wide variety of food but we were so hungry I didn’t take any pictures until the warm cookie with ice cream and chocolate sauce at the end. Monkey bread with dipping sauces is tradition. The honey glazed shrimp with coleslaw is great. The coleslaw is a yummy surprise. The Chinese chicken salad and sweet potato fries have been family favorites for years. The buffalo cauliflower was good and spicy. Something for everyone anytime!
