I wrote a negative review about an incident that occurred while I dined there, it had nothing to do with the food or the amazing staff. When management read my review they contacted me immediately to listen to my concern. They rectified the situation professionally with empathy it clearly was a misunderstanding. I have visited this establishment many time over the years and I have not been disappointed. The front end staff was efficient and kind each visit. Needed a quick bite as we were passing through. There were many options to choose from, even tasty options that supported dietary restrictions (no garlic, onions, gluten).
The portions were large, tasty and filling. The owner was very nice in helping with the dietary challenge and also gave us a Greek beer to try for free!

Really good food. Got a build your own bowl and wife had the salad. Fresh, big portions, and a really nice change from our normal take out. Ready fast. Excellent value too. Super! Highly recommend.

This place is an absolute authentic gem. Every time I go, everything is extremely fresh and delicious. Some of the most authentic Greek food I have had outside of Greece itself. Plus, the staff are always beyond friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I usually love Truly Greek and have ordered from them a couple of times, but unfortunately yesterday my experience wasn’t good. My mom and I both ended up with stomach issues after eating our meals yesterday, and it’s food poisoning. I’m not sure if something wasn’t fresh or prepared correctly this day, but it really affected us.
I’m not trying to bash the restaurant at all — I actually enjoy the food and hope this was just a one-time slip. I just wanted to share my experience so it can be checked into, because I’d love to keep supporting the place without worrying about getting sick again

Ordered online last night and food was delivered cold and stomach is in shambles. I asked for a refund through the delivery and was denied. It’s so bad I’m going to the ER then after that I’m calling the health department. The fact of not being accountable for product temperature this is detrimental to the publics health. I pray for my stomach me and my child is sick after consumption. My son warned me of how rude of an encounter he endured there I’m starting to feel like it’s colorism.
