Modern counter-serve joint offers classic burgers & hand-spun milkshakes in a mural-decorated space.

Ordered double up- double beef Patty and double cheese. This was a hefty burger. I don’t know if this is a true smash burger as the patties are pretty thick. Meat is quality, well seasoned and really the highlight. Toppings all fresh. Ordered to go, walked it home and it held up really well. Not soggy at all. Also got the garlic fries. Crisp and garlicky. Perfect! The shop seems like a cool place to sit and eat as well. For having a virtually empty restaurant it took a while to get my burger. Seemed like they were filling a lot of pick up orders.

Yep, it’s a burger joint. A good one. A consistent one. Delicious burgers, fries and milk shakes. One vegetarian option (mushroom) and fried chicken on the menu too. We had garlic fries, they also had regular and onion rings too.

Great food. Ordered carry out, waited because it wasn’t ready yet, I thought maybe because the onion rings take a bit longer. I saw them check the bag, check the receipt add the side of ranch and the coleslaw then staple the receipt over the nicely folded and closed bag. I assumed that my rings were in the bag and the ones sitting in a tray on the counter were for another order. I was wrong. I kinda feel like if you seal the bag and then I open it in front of you to check your work that is an insult.

Totally respectable burger experience, excellent french fries and onion rings, my only critique would be that the hamburger construction could be a little tighter, and not so loose. Meet is first quality which is really the feature here, and I like the retro worn down facade on the front. I’ll come back here and try again.
Throwing bread and meat together does not make a hamburger. Hamburger should be an orchestrated event where everything lays down equally, tightly wrapped in a paper wrapper so that it holds together while you eat it.
That said it was a really good tasting burger, on the staff was really nice.

Went on lunch break, no wait to order. Food came out in about 7 mins. I ordered the double up and added a fried portabella mushroom. SMACKIN!! Major smack attack! Burger was cheesy and had that smash burger crust on it and the mushroom added a nice crunch. Fries were crispy but the burger outshine the fries. I’m definitely coming back.

I visited on 05/16/19 and ordered the double cheeseburger & garlic fries. Both were delicious. Onions, pickles, relish, & other condiments are off to the side.
Burger, fries, & drink came out to $20, so it’s definitely a once a while treat.
The seating area isn’t too big. Luckily, it wasn’t crowded during my visit.

Tried Double Up and Garlic Fries. Burgers were juicy but, of course, grease and flavorful but a tad salty. Might’ve been better with a little acidic and/or spicy sauce to cut through the grease. Patties were relatively generous size and were tender and well-cooked. Garlic fries were plenty garlicky without being salty but could’ve been a little more crispy for a better textual sensation. Overall, good burgers and fries but I’ve had much better burgers elsewhere.

I don’t know why this place has 4.5 stars, they must be writing their own reviews! They charge you for everything. Want your onions cooked instead of raw .50, want a little extra mayo .50!
The bacon is that cheap nasty Oscar Mayer fatty bacon, the burgers are hecka greasy, and the garlic fries are really oily!
EVERYTHING is handled with bare hands NO gloves. They go from touching the raw meat to picking up their cup to drink, to touching someone’s shirt, to touching the counter and back to flipping the burger…all WITHOUT washing their hands. NO hair nets, AND they play around in the kitchen. Self serve toppings (sauerkraut, onions, pickles, relish, and jalapenos) are left out uncovered and there’s gnats flying throughout the restaurant!
This is DEFINATELY NOT a 4 star restaurant let alone a 4.5!

My co-worker mentioned that this place had a fried Portobello stuffed with cheese burger and I knew I had to come check it out. I got the true deluxe which is their cheeseburger topped with a crispy Portobello mushroom stuffed with smoked mozzarella cheese. The verdict? Delicious. They fry the mushroom perfectly and the burger part was cooked and seasoned well too. We also got the garlic fries which were good and upon my co-worker’s recommendation, a vanilla milkshake with peanut butter and oreos, which was AMAZING. The consistency of the milkshake is really good and the add ins were so worth it and doesn’t make it too sweet either.
Overall, give me a fried, cheesy burger with a delicious milkshake and I will definitely be satisfied. This place also reminds me or Shake Shack for those who are fans.

Burgers were very tasty and the price was good! Onion rings were expensive and you only get like 2 large and 2 small rings for $7 imo
