The HEB Catering Team is the best – bar none. They really deliver a great product and service! We had a Nacho Bar for our special Birthday Bash/ Red River Rivalry FB game and everything was perfect! Adding brisket to the Nacho Bar offering was the way to go, along with some delicious and varied fruit and cheese trays.

The loaded potato i ordered barely had any brisket very little sour cream and or cheese and no chives basically a baked potato with fat from the brisket slapped in there. I’ve had the same thing at other Heb’s and it was so much better than this.

We recently used True Texas BBQ for a catered party at our home. We were delighted with the help provided by the catering manager Lisa and her assistant Raven. Lisa made it easy to order the right kinds and amount of food to serve both carnivores as well as vegetarians and vegans. We chose the nacho bar which was easy, colorful, and delicious. With decades of hosting this annual party, we have only rarely had food that was so universally enjoyed by our friends. And, we did savor the leftovers as well!

A hidden gem next to HEB on the upper level. Every body who works here are extra friendly and food is great. Brisket and turkey stand out , nice and moist and flavorful. The bar drinks are a steal and bar tenders very friendly. Love this place.

We had True Texas BBQ cater our wedding at Canyonwood Ridge in October and they were amazing!! Lisa was so wonderful to work with from the planning to the day of the wedding. And the food was incredible. We got so many compliments on the BBQ from all of our guests! The turkey and brisket were cooked perfectly and the sides were delicious. Plus we had banana pudding for dessert which was a huge hit! My husband and I are die hard HEB fans and this is why!! Could not recommend more.

Could not have had a better experience. HEB BBQ catered my wedding. They were amazing. Lisa helped me plan my event and made thoughtful suggestions through out the process. She gave me her phone number so I could text with questions or last minute changes. The food was fantastic, restaurant quality, professionally served… I could go on and on. They stayed to clean up and hauled away the trash. This was one of the best catering experiences I have had from any company. I could not recommend them more and was thrilled with the service they provided.

Jayme provided excellent mixology services with the extra spicy slim margarita. She was attentive to me and other customers, on all be it a relaxed Saturday evening. True Texas BBQ, wether it be Lake Austin or New Braunfels has been reliably tasty. Tonight’s meal was a half rack of ribs and chopped brisket, with sides of potato salad, collared greens, toast, pickles and onions.
