I come here to get coffee/iced tea all year long between jobs. This is one of the rare OG coffee shop spots I love that hasn’t been visually sanitized into minimalist oblivion. I love the unique tables and worn in seating, and the local art they showcase.

really cute coffee shop with a quirky vibe and a fun selection of pastries (though they tend to be hit or miss. the roty bun was very salty and dry but i’ve enjoyed the others). that said i love coming here and sketching or reading with a nice latte. my go-to local coffee shop!

True Grounds is my favorite coffeeshop in Somerville. A down to earth location for exceptional quality coffee and bites. They always have a couple of single origin brews as their drip coffee. They used to have art work from local artists hanging on their wall for sale, which has been missing for some time. This place is also very inclusive, and family friendly. You’d not regret hanging out there 🙂

Cozy café in Somerville. Tasty baked goods and a variety of breakfast burrito options as well as bagels and avocado toast. Locally owned Mem teas- I suggest adding some of the simple syrup options to your tea. I love a tiny bit of the honey lavender syrup in my Earl Grey tea. They are also now open for lunch and dinner. Also compound butters in the fridge to buy- miso butter, honey butter and vanilla butter (among other little surprises)

I am a coffee connoisseur who enjoys discovering new coffee shops. My experience here was extremely disappointing: the coffee was very bland (which is a crime in the coffee industry). I had to get rid of it. It was a lost opportunity. I don’t want anyone else to waste their money.

One of the best coffee shops around Somerville. They have awesome coffee. I recommend trying their Iced Vietnamese coffee. Their cold brew is also really good. They make delicious sandwiches and muffins too. Finally, they even sell some good coffee beans for a pretty nice price.

This review is for their Vietnamese coffee only. This does not taste like a Vietnamese coffee at all, which is supposed to be super bitter and super sweet. Apparently they use a dark roast here, but it’s definitely not bitter enough and you can barely taste the sweetness from the condensed milk. It just tasted like a regular slightly sweetened iced coffee with a splash of milk. Please change the name of this item because it’s very deceiving.

Consistently AMAZING baked goods, delicious espresso, drip coffee, and cold brew, and really friendly staff. Love this spot and really excited for them to get more foot traffic and exposure now that the green line extension is open!
