We went to True Food for our sister’s birthday. Henry was our server. He was attentive and of good humor. The food was great. We ordered the edamame guacamole for a starter. Main meals were spaghetti squash lasagna, Mediterranean chicken sandwich and burger with a fried egg and blue cheese. For our birthday dessert we had the flour free chocolate cake with ice cream. Beyond amazing! Highly recommend True Food.

This place is exquisite. Reservations recommended as it can get busy. Christian was our server and did a fantastic job. The menu had tons of yummy options. The bartenders and chefs were welcoming to dietary restrictions. The portions were just right and the detail in the flavors was apparent. Parking was hard to find, had to pay for the garage. Overall great experience.

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant for dinner to bypass the late evening Denver traffic and we stumbled upon True Food Kitchen. We sat outside on the patio and I started with the Matcha Horchata to drink. This was made with oat milk (my favorite) and was a perfect balanced drink for a little caffeine. We ordered the Edamame Guacamole and this was such a treat! Perfect consistency and who doesn’t love avocado, cilantro, and lime!? (I know some people hate cilantro but I promise no big chunks!)

The food was exceptionally nourishing and full of flavor. The people working here are extremely attentive to customer needs, even on the busy night we dined here. Our waitress Melissa was so warm and genuine. She listened to us and made knowledgeable menu recommendations which made our experience feel so personalized. The conversations and connections with Melissa and the other staff members really elevated our dining experience during our visit to Denver. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
