Me and my daughter visited both that places in Derry and Londonderry. And we liked both of them very much! We had Caesar salad, Troy’s Burrito (that was really big one!), Spicy Tuna Melt, PB&J mini wraps (with no sugar it which is very important for us due to our health issues), The Chipotle Chicken panini and Youthful Berry smoothie.

I can’t believe this place exists! I rarely eat out or get takeout since locally, healthy options are hard to find. Troy’s is it! Their menu is full of delicious healthy food and drinks. I had one of their grain bowls and it was so tasty I couldn’t wait to get home to eat it. So I pulled over and chowed down!

It’s my first time here and I’m really impressed. My food was delicious. I tried the Power PB&J smoothie and the Thai Dye bowl. The smoothie was delicious with chunks of real fruit and the bowl was full of veggies with a yummy peanut sauce and crusty marinated tofu bites. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Delicious and healthy food options you won’t find anywhere else. Troy has creatively differentiated a plethera of cuisines to fit his brand of exciting menu options. The staff and owner himself are always excited to see you, and it is obvious they genuinely love to know who they are serving. Love this place.

We searched a while for local vegan food and were so fortunate to find Troy’s Fresh Kitchen. Our tofu scrambles were delicious and filling, especially when ordered over hash browns. The Game Day Scramble was delicious topped with ranch and buffalo squces. The Steak Bomb hit so nicely with big Beyond chunks! We also really enjoyed the cold brew!! Will definitely stop in again the next time we are around!

I can’t say enough great things about this place! Everyone here is so welcoming. More importantly, the food is excellent! It’s all gluten and dairy free which accommodates my dietary needs AND it’s delicious.

I’ve been going through radiation and my wife works 50+ hours a week on top of trying to help me through this. We loved Troy’s because it was a healthy option quick. Unfortunately the past two times we’ve gone we’ve been met with an inconsistent level of quality and service as we’ve received in the past. We ordered dine in smoothie bowls which were set aside for 45 minutes and no one checked if we’d gotten our food. We ordered two wardy burger bowls which one had super burnt small amounts of hash. I wouldn’t mind if it was a one off but this was two separate occasions and unfortunately now they’ve lost our business. He’s training new staff so perhaps in a month or so may be back to quality but it’s far too expensive for us to gamble anymore. Best of luck in the future.

Far better than I imagined it would be. I’m not into health food or vegan eating at all but this is a place where it doesn’t matter. The food is just that good. Portion size is perfect if not a bit large. Gluten free not a problem.

Troy’s fresh kitchen is always a stop when I’m in New Hampshire. As a vegan, there aren’t many options where I can pretty much decide from something from each part of the menu. The bowls are fantastic and are a great take out item as I make two meals out of each. Thanks for offering a healthy veg option where one would least expect it!!
