I don’t care to say it, I miss the old Trottas. The food was soooo good. Now most of the time the pizza looks like it’s been sitting for hours. Hardly no cheese on it. It used to be piping hot in so much stringy cheese. The bread was soft and the people actually got to know us customers. Huuuhh sad

Always loved the lunch deal, so I figured I’d try a bigger pizza with the family. Unfortunately I was met with a language barrier as soon as I called to place order. (Make sure you guys Read the menu) The second person that took the order did not ask me what five toppings I wanted on a deluxe pizza so they put random toppings on it instead. The menu clearly states, “ your choice of five toppings” put they never asked. After seeing the concoction they put together, it did not meet my expectations. The manager repeatedly told me there was nothing he could do, but insisted I take a pizza that wasn’t to my liking. Keeping my cool because most foreigners don’t know customer service culture in America. At the end, he gave me my money back. Never again

Awful!!! Our pizza was as hard as a rock. My husband got a meatball and the guy literally gave him a frozen solid meatball, straight from the deep freezer. Trottas has always been a treat for us and we are highly disappointed.

We have been ordering from Trotta’s for years but the last couple of times it was not the same. This past order was horrible! Their pizza has changed along with the ownership. Their sauce is a replica of Poppa John’s, there were hardly any toppings on it. We ask for a small box to give our son a few pieces and the guy gave us a box we had to put together, and wouldn’t give us a receipt. I have to say Poppa John’s is better and Less expensive! Will Not be ordering from Trotta’s Again!

They seriously need to change the name. I have eaten eaten Trottas pizza for over 25 years and always gotten the Lotta Trotta for get togethers, well I haven’t had it for over 3 years and stopped in and got one 3 days ago. It should now be called the “Notta Trotta” crust different, sauce different, hardly any toppings, greasy, it was terrible, a $42 terrible pizza. I will not be back, new owners have desicrated the name Trottas. So sad. Oh and Trottas sausage was awesome, the crap they used was not even close.

Trotta’s pizza is good. They also had deals like : buy 2 slices for 5 dollars and the slices are huge! There is no sit in restaurant. Its a drive thru.

I grew up in Cincinnati and before I moved away there was a delicious thick (almost cake thick) crust Trotta’s Pizza. I was in town visiting and spotted this Trotta’s the logo was very similar from the one I remembered. THIS IS NOT the Trotta’s I remembered. I ordered a pepperoni that is not what I got. It was a thin-ish crust generic pizza that fell bellow the quality of most cheap frozen pizza’s. Obviously I would not recommend it. But why do they try so hard to pass themselves off as the original? I feel like I’ve been scammed. I guess

Just picked up a 14” thin crust with my choice of veggies.
Crust is burned, bottom of pizza is burned. What is going on here? You had the best pizza in Cincinnati!

As with most pizza places in Cincinnati it has changed. Not as good as it used to be but still way better than most pizza places around town. Totally worth the visit. We plan on being continues customers.

We ordered the Lotta Trotta for a birthday party, and it was just as delicious as always! It had good amounts of toppings and cheese, and that sausage is so good! It was correct and on time, and I didn’t even have to get out of my car to pick it up. How can you beat that? Tried to get a pic of the whole thing, but the birthday boy was faster.
