I ordered a chicken bacon ranch flatbread, no tomato. I got my flatbread and it has tomato on it and southwest sauce. Since when does Southwest sauce go on it? Also, I called and complain and the woman who answered was rude and only wanted to refund it, not even deliver a new one to me. The she hung up on me. Never going back!!!

The wait was super long! We watched the cashier practically spin in circles the other people waiting didnt look happy and the manager girl didnt handle a refund properly when another customer was tired of waiting 20 mins for a smoothie. The lady walked out without a redund.

It’s almost like I can just copy and paste these Tropical Smoothie Cafe reviews. Another place where I waited 15 minutes from my order while people that ordered 5 minutes after I arrived received their orders before me. Not only am I done ordering online. I’m done with this chain restaurant period. If you don’t care to PREPARE ONLINE ORDERS UNTIL THE PATRON COMPLAINS ABOUT THE WAIT WHY EVEN TAKE THEM?????
