did online delivery order. I do NOT like chocolate chip. i ordered Snickerdoodle cookie. If it was NOT available, refund would be BEST. but no, i got sent something I DNT LIKE. i called multiple times and NO ANSWER. def never ordering again.

I used to come here a lot when I worked nearby. Now I just go whenever I am near. Would definitely recommend their smoothies and their pesto chicken sandwich. Their smoothies are great and tasty no matter which one you get. Would definitely recommend this place. I’ve also tried their chia bowl which is also great.

Giving them 5 stars because their service and smoothies are almost always amazing! I just think the management/owner should know that on a previous visit (within the last few weeks) we witnessed a male employee (I think he was new since he was asking how to make certain smoothies) behaving very poorly toward his female coworker (who was only trying to help). He was cursing at her, dropping f-bombs and just being very rude and disrespectful to her in the same breath he was using to ask her for help. The lady deserves a raise, and the guy with the disgusting attitude should be fired.

My coworker recommended this spot for their smoothies so I decided to check it out for lunch and I was not disappointed. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch flatbread and the açaí berry smoothie. They have a deal where if you buy any food item you get the smoothie for $4.99. Now I was expecting a small smoothie for that price but it was a big size. Food was delicious and so was the smoothie. The place smelled clean and the service was great. I will be going back to try some of the other menu items.

Ordered pickup 2 sandwiches, 2 smoothies and 2 chips. They gave me 2 bananas!?!? So I go back around the drive thru and say Hi do you guys have chips here? And they say oh yes! Like what the hell? Okay so give me the chips I paid for not bananas. Not the first time they’ve done weird things like that.

The food is very good. The smoothies are very good although one of them was very weak. I took it back and they replaced it with a new one which was very good. They did mess up once by not giving me my complete order. When I got home I saw I was missing part of my order I went back and they made me another one. Major bummer though.

I just got a smoothie right now and because I added peanut butter to the normal drink, I couldn’t get it replaced because I modified there smoothie and They said it is not there fault I don’t like it. They made it with all ice and watered down so it had zero flavor. I told her I managed one and know exactly what happened this is someone who added more water and ice than the normal recipe.
So because it wasn’t there own and I added peanut butter….They couldn’t replace it for a different smoothie. I couldn’t believe the unprofessionalism and would never return to this location they clearly do not know how to run a business!

Starting with positive- my youngest son loves Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I like the variety of healthy options & something different.
But as the parent, ordering, picking it up & dealing with employees = not so much. In fact, I find myself trying to talk him into something else. We’ve been maybe 5 times over the last few years & EVERY time has been frustrating & or a disappointment. From ordering on-line, to in person or drive through, it’s just made to be so difficult. I ordered on-line the other day, drive 20 minutes from another city, 5 minutes after order was said to be ready, waited in the drive through for pick-up another 10 minutes & was still questioned on our order, more than just the name, what was in the order, what time was it ordered, was it paid for, order number … just not convenient. Infact, it’s a headache.

I had the kale pineapple banana ginger smoothie with a scoop of protein powder. My first time there only because I’ve passed it by a few times going to an appointment in Huntington Beach then I had seen their commercial on TV so I definitely had to stop and try it out. The menu has a lot of varieties and their food Manual looks delicious and fresh so I’ll have to give that a try next time I go back to Huntington Beach to /fountain valley for my appointment.
