Tracy helped us at the register and was very pleasant. We are from South Dakota and the chicken bacon ranch flatbreads we had were exceptional compared to our local restaurant back home. Everything was fresh and packed full. A+ food and service from everyone today.

Service is extremely slow. They are overwhelmed with online orders and aren’t able to manage both (in store customers) at the same time. 20 minutes for a green smoothie is absurd. Staff was very kind. Just very slow.

Stopped in on my way to work. Normally I heck the reviews if I’m on a side of town for work that I haven’t been in a while, or I’m trying a new place.
I almost skipped because of the bad reviews. Sadly they all showed first. BUT SO GLAD I WENT ANYWAYS A+ on the drink and the service. And honestly it was SUPER fast.
It is 8am so there were only 2 of us. A guy was getting handed his drink as I ordered. I had a question about the energy. The lady went in the back and got the bottle to show me the ingredients list. (Thank you very much for that!! I will actually be back because I didn’t know this was an option!) As she did this the second girl started my drink. I was expecting to wait a few minutes as I normally do at smoothie places .. but nope it was finished right after I paid.
The drink is GREAT, maybe slightly less vibrant & not as strong as I’m use for Tropical Smoothie.. but isn’t watered down and isn’t in blended ice.
(it’s possible they actually measure and make it to the recommended amounts.. instead of some just eyeballing it making it stronger) that adds up & times are tight for businesses!!

Time complaints don’t hold much weight for me … unless there are a ton of them, because it’s normally people in a hurry complaining it’s not done in the snap of a finger.. when it’s probably done in a responsible amount of time. A lunch time rush isn’t because of bad service.

I do not go anywhere else to get smoothies. When I was a smoothie, it’s TSC or nothing. This place give TSC a bad name. The lady running it and making the smoothies is sweet but clearly incompetent and only has the job because of….reasons. I really would not recommend this location to literally my worst enemy. Worst experience ever. Food went straight into the trash. No thanks

I just ordered food from here and got it for delivery because I work from home. What i received was sad and absolutely ridiculous. First off the bread was cold, then there was hardy any peanut butter, lastly there was no honey. Why am I paying money to get items when i have to add honey and peanut butter in my home. Why am I paying you money when I have to add my own ingredients?? I need a refund or a credit for this because the store wont answer so I can complain to them. My first time ordering from this location and i will never do it again. As soon as i walked into the store i was stared at and not greeted someone finally came to say hello once i was at the counter. I was unable to add my free smoothie to my order online and i told the guy he was very incompetent and unable to understand what i was explaining to him i just left upset. Never returning to this location either clean house or retrain but something has got to give.

So guys, what most comments are is this location is a hit or miss.
Watered down smoothies is 1! 2. Wait time for food orders, but in our case it was fine because there was a change of staff. Reason 3 why I won’t be going anymore to support is because they are CASHLESS.

I am a returning customer. I understand there are good days and bad days. I ordered the California flatbread today and this what I got. I waited in the dark until someone turned on the lights. Service is a hit or a miss. This was a miss.

BE PREPARED TO WAIT. Visit 1: I ordered in store and waited for a half hour for a wrap and a smoothie. Visit 2: Ordered online in hopes that would expedite the process, it did not. Waited another 35min in store after the suggested completion time because the online estimated completion time doesn’t take account for walk ins. Also, my smoothie wasn’t even able to be consumed with a store it was so thick!

I come here pretty consistently, and it is absolutely mind boggling how each time there’s only one person who is in charge of fulfilling all orders by themselves. It leads even the simplest of orders to take 20-30 minutes longer than the given time. I really hope something can be done about this staffing issue. I enjoy the food and drinks, but can’t keep waiting 40+ minutes for a single smoothie.
