I ordered an açaí bowl from Tropical Smoothie and was really disappointed. I specifically asked for no coconut, but they still added it. The bananas were black and clearly overripe, which made the bowl unappetizing. On top of that, there was Nutella smeared all over the outside of the cup, lid, and even the bag, making everything sticky and messy. The service was just as bad as the food — unprofessional and careless. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.

Love tropical smoothie, Ive always been a Jamba Juice girly but I don’t think Tropical Smoothie gets enough praise they got a great menu from smoothie, wraps, salads, kids friendly menu and offer breakfast options. Additionally some are opened until 11pm! This locations atmosphere was good and they even had a fireplace! I got the new Dragon Fruit Smoothie and it was delicious! The drinks are a lot bigger 24 oz and still same price as a Jamba

Honestly I have never had an issue at this store but tonight 02/17/26 9:25pm (and yes I’m marking the date and time so management can know what 3 girls were working) I placed an order for pickup. When I walked in not a single one of THREE girls greeted me, asked how they can help me or anything of the sort. I told whatever girl was helping me I had a pickup, said my name and she handed me my bag. The bag was an absolute Trainwreck, honey from my smoothie bowl everywhere and so many unfolded napkins that you can tell were just shoved in there. I had to remove all of the napkins to see my full order (flatbread) wasn’t there… Which means the girl “helping me” didn’t even check if my order was complete before handing it to me. OH wait. She DIDN’T hand it to me .. I had to physically reach over her cash register because she would NOT lift her arm higher and hand it over the register. I’ve never once in my life had to grab my food from behind the register. That’s insane. So I had to turn around to let them know I didn’t have my full order. Again, not a single one of the girls asked if something was missing or wrong and one of them quite literally looked at me, rolled her eyes and walked away. Finally get my flatbread, walk out to leave and ONCE AGAIN, not a have a nice night, goodnight or anything. I never ever have left a bad review for anything but honestly, I was shocked by how disrespectful these three girls were. Just gross, catty and pretentious behavior.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has a lot going for it. The atmosphere is bright, inviting and pleasant. Their smoothies are also fantastic, as someone who drinks a lot of smoothies, Tropical Smoothie’s ranks towards the top! The food is pretty good and I do like how much you can customize the menu – that’s a great feature. My biggest drawback is the pricing. Even with a combo meal, the pricing is a bit too much for me. I really like the place but I would go there more if the pricing was better, even like 3 to 4 dollars cheaper. Overall a pretty fun and tasty place!

This spot uses some very disappointing false advertising. They advertise discounts and deals on GrubHub (and perhaps on other third-party platforms too) to drum up sales, but the cost is marked up so much that you don’t save money. It’s just to manipulate customers into spending more, thinking we’re saving. Don’t do business with companies that will like to you like this. We can be better!

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE IS A SCAM ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY -This $60 online order, placed directly through the Tropical Smoothie Cafe platform, was nothing but a complete failure and theft.
$25 WORTH OF ITEMS WERE MISSING (two smoothies and multiple food items). Half my group was left unfed.
The store’s response was PATHETIC. I called immediately and they tried to blame the “delivery service.” I paid you on your app. It is YOUR fault, your incompetence, and your responsibility. Stop shifting blame.
Worse, this is a scam: I have been waiting nearly two weeks for a manager to call back about the missing $25 refund. You took my money for food you never delivered and are now ignoring my calls. This is fraudulent.
The garbage food that did arrive was wet and disgusting. The two correct smoothies don’t cover the fact that you effectively stole $25.

I had high hopes coming in because they are open late and I was in the mood for a late night treat. I showed up and it took them probably 15 minutes to make 2 smoothies with no one else in line. Then the lady handed me the 2 smoothies and got the names wrong. I came to find out that she handed me the wrong smoothie. They tasted horrendous. There was no flavor and they were practically water. This was the first time in my life that I bought a smoothie and didn’t even want to finish it. Never coming back

Employees are extremely immature & “pick me”. Im not sure if they have new staff but the crew on 12/20 was unprofessional on how to handle a “bug” & made a scene. Then want to catch an attitude because they got my order wrong. I mentioned I didnt want pineapple on a wrap but they didnt hear me. Went inside to correct it & I could hear them talking about how “I didnt say that”. I know what I said because my sister is allergic to pineapple. No accountability.
