Have had nothing but good experiences at this business. The smoothies are otherworldly and the food is a nice bonus.
The other thing are the employees. The gal manager, darn I can’t remember her name, from yesterday really went above and beyond for me regarding gift cards. She really made sure everything was perfect, and besides that she’s a very nice kid, the kind of kid a business owner should be very proud of.
We really like this place and it’s a mile from our house. A great addition to the plaza.

I was halfway through eating my sandwich when the most foul taste ever hit my mouth. Only to find the bread was molded. The individual who made the sandwich should have noticed this prior to throwing all the other ingredients onto the bread! This is completely unacceptable, and all the food at this location should be inspected ASAP!
Update: Management has offered to refund me and also assured me that they will be looking into this.

I have been to this store 2 times in the past week because the service is just that good. This amazing girl named ally was taking our order and she was so friendly and literally helped me out with a complicated order! She was so helpful and made me wanna come back. There was also a guy named Hayden who was also super friendly! Overall a great experience, environment, and staff!

The website for this location says says hours Mon-Fri are 7am-10pm, the sign on the door says the hours for this location Mon-Fri are 7am-10pm. My wife had an busy morning that she ordered some breakfast for. Imagine my surprise when I go to pick it up for her at 7:30am yesterday, the store is closed, chairs stacked, lights off, no one in sight. Because we had to leave weren’t able to try and get later either. A clever way to take people’s money for sure.

Came here a handful of times after the gym and have enjoyed my Açaí bowl each time. There is a young girl I believe by the name of Niah that always takes care of us. She provides great hospitality and serves smiles. Even our order was mistaken and wrong and she without hesitation fixed it right away. Definitely Is a great worker and goes out of her way. This place is a definite must after a hard work out at the gym.

This was my first time at a Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I actually pretty disappointed when I saw the mini size of the açaí bowl. When I opened it up, there were giant chunks of strawberries, bananas and granola that I had to physically chop up until I could eat it. Then, shortly it was gone, definitely not worth $10.50….

Best quality of smoothies I’ve ever had! This location is new and clean. Staff are always friendly. There is an outdoor patio space with a crate of items for kids to play. The app works really well. The food is really good too! I enjoy eating here as a healthier alternative to fast food.
