I used to get a smoothie from here all the Time. Then i slowed down on all the expensive drinks so though today i needed one , omg it’s so good. But super sweet. In case you didn’t know you can ask for half. Sweetener and it’s still sweet and yummy. I also really like the quesadillas. It’s still expensive. I really wish they would offer smaller size smoothies

Smoothies were good like they always are, the reason I’m upset with this visit is the drive through service. Please for the love of God stop making your customers dangle out their car window, to swipe or insert their own credit card all so that the employees can guilt us into tipping them. They left me holding that stupid card reader for over a minute which did not reach to my car so I was half way out of my window. If they hand me the card scanner again, I will drop it and drive away. This is a lousy way to treat your customers

I wanted to try this place as I love the idea of having a healthier fast food option. We got the Bahama Mama and acai bowls which were pretty expensive, and they ended up being much smaller than I was expecting. The Bahama Mama was really good, but the blueberries on the acai bowl were very much fermented.

The food was nice and fresh and the service was quick. However, we only had a couple of pieces of chicken in our Baja Wrap ($10). The acai bowl ($10) was small for the price. Overall good flavors but maybe not worth the amount you pay for the food you get.

I went through the drive thru 10 minutes before they closed. I work at a starbucks so I understand the frustration of people coming in last minute. However, the girl on drive thru told me that making food or a smoothie would take more than the last 10 minutes they had to be open. I felt super awkward, told them i’d zoom through the line, and proceeded to have to wait 15 minutes behind another car. This was a fat waste of my time. Turning down a customer before closing is crazy

I love the food @ Tropical Smoothie Cafe – from the flatbreads & wraps to the smoothies & bowls. The only downside is it is WAY overpriced – especially for the portion sizes they give. I expected a $10 Açaí bowl to be about twice as big as what they gave me. And you really need 2 flatbreads to fill you up. If they lowered the prices or increased the portion sizes, I would 100% be a regular.

Spilled my entire smoothie in my car, went back to get another (and told the employee what had happened while handing my card over to pay for a second smoothie), and they were SO kind and made me a replacement smoothie at no cost. To top it all off, they wrote me an uplifting note on the side of my smoothie cup! Thank you, Tropical Smoothie Cafe employee whose name I don’t know!

My daughter had dental surgery so we came here for a smoothie because it’s all she could have—took a long time. Friendly service. I didn’t know they offered food till I pulled up in the drive thru and saw the menu. Maybe there should be signs or something because I thought this was ONLY a smoothie place.

My wife and I had our first date here. We even commemorated it with matching tattoos of smoothies. Not cafe branded of course but it’s a fun reminder. We go all the time, this most recent time I tried to pay with $100 bill and was told that they don’t accept bills that large. There is no sign stating this, so i asked how much i needed to spend so she could take it (willing to spend more money at their establishment), she said that she still couldnt take it. I then asked the employee if I ordered $100 worth of smoothies would she be able to take it then? She shrugged and said that she just worked there… I went to the Smiths nearby and got carried away and spent more than I should but still had enough to get the wife and I a couple mini smoothies. When I went back and placed my order I was told that they could not do mini smoothies in the flavor I ordered. This was strange since we have gotten it in the mini multiple times. I ended up getting the wife a regular size and left. They were unresponsive to my attempts to resolve the issue by spending more money with them and offered me no solutions, then they turn down a secondary request. They wasted my time and left me frustrated. I’ll be looking for other smoothie options in the future, if I’m willing to spend more money I’m damn well willing to drive a little further to another establishment.

I had my order delivered by Jonathon very quickly, he followed my delivery instructions perfectly (he did not wake my napping baby up, like most delivery drivers do), and one item was missing and I called to get a refund, and the service was wonderful. The worker, whose name I can’t remember (had a cool mustache), was so helpful. He said if I came to the store to pick up the side he would give me a free smoothie card for the trouble. We ordered the veggie wrap meal (side of jalapeño corn & 2 sides of Kale-slaw, side of sweet potatoes), and kids roll up meal (side of sweet potatoes), the detox island green, and sunrise sunset with added kale and spinach smoothie. All of the food and smoothies were so dang tasty! I’ve had an upset stomach all day, and the detox smoothie made me feel so much better! Definitely my new favorite go to healthy food spot. Awesome prices, and my picky eaters loved the food and smoothies! Thank you!
