There seems to be a management problem at this location considering how many times other customers have addressed the rude behavior from a few employees and nothing has been done about it. I ordered drive thru and the girl at the drive thru which I’m assuming her name is Erin (that is what was on the order ticket) did not talk while giving us our order. She did not confirm the order or the amount and just took our card, charged it and gave us our food and closed the window. I’m around the same age as this girl and I’ve never treated a customer this way working fast food. The food didn’t help either as the smoothies were very bland and were not made well. While I understand fast food work really sucks, this is very unprofessional behavior and only makes the business look bad. Seeing as this isn’t the first time this has been complained about, why hasn’t anything been done about this? Are these really your hiring standards? Or is this an issue with the treatment employees are receiving at this location? This is an issue that needs to get escalated and hopefully I’ll be able to get in contact with someone who can help.

Went last night for a pickup thru the drive thru and whoever was working the window was EXTREMELY rude! You work in customer service little lady. Learn how to smile if you don’t like your job consider something new. We all have our hard days but there is no reason to be rude especially to people who did nothing to you. Smile respond when someone says thank you. Don’t just close the window on their face

I went in to get my girlfriend a smoothie and a cup of water since we were walking home. I asked for a courtesy cup of water and they said they would still charge me for the water. The manager was listening on the side and said to just give me the cup of water. She did not even fill the cup to the top or add ice. She also seemed very annoyed when I had to grab my wallet from my girlfriend who was outside. She acted like she had better things to do than to do her job taking my order. I waited 10 mins for a smoothie when there was noone else insode the store and 1 car in the drive through and 3 or 4 employees there. I noticed the girls were to busy chit chatting and standing around than to make my drink. When I finally got the drink (mocha madness) it tasted very artificial. Not quite like chocolate or mocha. Nothing about it tasted like quality.

Too busy chatting with coworkers. Drink tasted like they didn’t wash the machine before making my drink I got a mocha madness and it somehow had a banana after taste. It wasn’t a smoothie it was mostly liquid. It was thick, but had like a pound of chocolate syrup. And I think that’s where the thickness came from. I also added protein to it. And feel like it had none. Unless it just wasn’t blended properly. This place sucks and will not be spending 8 dollars of my hard earned cash on a waste. Especially towards teens who don’t know how to do their jobs.

I’ve been here a couple of times and every single time I always get greeted by a girl in the drive thru who has very bad attitude issues. Personally, I don’t know her at all for her to be giving me attitude but it makes me feel bad every time.

Every time I come here it’s always something unfortunately. They’ve taken more than 10 minutes to make my smoothie when I was the only one in the drive through. The costumer service is always bad and it’s always seems like the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Today, the cashier was what seemed to be gossiping infront of me as I waited for her to take my order. It’s frustrating cause I enjoy the smoothies but someone needs to do something about the employees.

we had just placed an order and the app said it would be ready in 10 minutes so we sat inside to get out of the heat. 10 minutes had passed so we figured it would be ready and were just about to go pick up our order when a worker came stomping to the table and very rudely asked what we were waiting around for and told us “next time just go up to the counter” as if we were stupid and couldn’t read the sign that said “pick up orders”. these employees need to learn customer service skills because apparently it’s illegal to sit in a restaurant that has seating.
