I was delivering food to this establishment through an Uber eats order as I dropped off their food and went back to my car. I saw the manager approaching me. He said that I forgot an item of his order. I looked out the window inside the establishment in his coworker was flipping me off and recording me people make mistakes an Uber eats or delivering items get left or forgotten, but the absolute unprofessionalism I have just witnessed the Manager‘s name is Mark. I don’t know who his employee was who was flipping me off through the window inside of tropical smoothie, but she had tattoos all over her arms. They were very hostile and then proceeded to tell me that they were going to report me to Uber for forgetting an item I would not eat there. This customer service is very unprofessional. They try to pick fights and make people who are just trying to make a living feel Disrespected and threatened

I’ve tried different wraps each time along with their smoothies, and I have to say — everything has been fresh, flavorful, and made with great quality ingredients. I paid $14 for this. One it isn’t even half full. 2, i paid an extra dollar to be given a tiny dollop of Nutella. And 3, instead of granola y’all gave me peanut butter. For $14 dollars y’all need to do better.

Smoothie taste like water for some reason today, and my oatmeal chia pudding was made Tuesday based off the label on the top, and it’s currently Sunday. My banana is browning and my blueberries are going bad. The bottom is runny like its been seeping. Really dislike when the GM isn’t there as he can’t manage the kiddos working there.

The manager worker, I am unsure of his name but middle aged man with a beard. Absolutely amazing human. I recognize I was being difficult, asked for something and then changed by the time I came to the window. He and his team were so nice and helpful. Switched my order up right away and did not complain or make a face. I thank you so very much. Look at this bowl!!! Absolute it’s been my breakfast everyday this week.
