I like coming here because it’s a healthier option than other fast food places, but sometimes the employees have an attitude and make your food however. I ordered a pb crunch flatbread sandwich and when I opened it the honey and peanut butter was spilling out of the sandwich with big chunks of banana falling out left my clothes/car messy.

There are times that I will order a smoothie and there’s chunks of ice that keep getting caught in the straw. But that is kind of a rare occurrence. The thing that happens often for some strange reason is I am asked to move forward away from the drive-thru window when there is not a single car behind me. I am wondering if the staff does so to avoid being seen or heard doing something inappropriate. I do not understand what the purpose is to have someone move forward when no one has even driven up to make an order.

I came in today and was treated with unnecessary attitude from the cashier at the front. I was polite and respectful, but the way they spoke to me was rude and unprofessional. It completely killed my mood, and honestly, I didn’t even feel like ordering after that. This is not the kind of service I expect, and it needs to be addressed.

Love this place since the Pharr location opened. I kinda miss the edible straws, so good. I love coming here except when I’m omw to work, I’ve been late before just waiting in drive-thru, plus was given someone else’s order and mine was also given away, spending 20 minutes for a mobile order of one smoothie. The workers have good intent and most are very nice but they are understaffed during peak hours. A friendly tidbit: don’t tell your co-workers out loud that you’re very sick in front of patrons while handling a smoothie and form of payment…please. still love y’all!! ❤️
