The lady that gave me my order seemed upset with a bad attitude. I asked her how much was the total she ignored my question. Then she gave me my order and I said thank you she just looked at me didn’t say anything. Then I waited for someone to come back to let them know they forgot something on my order. There was serval works that pass by the window and no one bothered to ask if I needed anything. I had to call the store and let the know that I was waiting in the drive through window for someone to help me . The lady that answered my call said oh k sorry about that then hung up . I believe it was the same person that first gave me my order. This was horrible customer service.

Wow. I was in the mood for a cold drink and decided to try this place. I ordered the Avocolada. Oh. My. Gosh. It is probably the best smoothie I’ve ever had. I also ordered the avocado grilled cheese. The sandwich wasn’t very cheesy and the cheese wasn’t melted. I wouldn’t order it again.

This is my first time trying tropical smoothie cafe so I just ordered the detox island green smoothie with the peanut butter banana crunch flatbread. I am so blown away by how delicious, natural, and fresh the PB crunch flatbread was!! It seems small and I was a little worried I might be hungry afterwards but wow halfway through I was already getting full and feeling satisfied. The price was also fantastic, cheaper than my usual coffee and breakfast sandwich from Starbucks. I can’t wait to try out the different smoothies they have as well as their food menu items.

This place adapted well to the pandemic with a drive-through, curbside pick-up, and ordering inside. The interior the clean and the workers are nice and all wearing masks. The food was fresh and delicious. The smoothies are as good as any others I have had, although a bit sugary. A nice fast food for fresh, healthy food.

I was lucky that I noticed it before I ate it. What I thought was a piece of wilted lettuce turned out to be much worse. This was my last straw.
I have given this place many opportunities because I live nearby but this was my last one. They frequently get my order wrong. I have to ask them every time if they have lettuce because they frequently run out and replace it with spinach without even letting me know. The staff seems to not care about customer satisfaction at all and often seems distracted. This is an example of the most grotesquely unsanitary things I have yet to see. Lord only knows what else could be in their food that we are not seeing.
