The store looks different from the corporate pictures… I was looking for a different building to find the location… The food staff was great super friendly and helpful. They came round the counter and delivered our to go order to us in hand. The quesadilla was lacking flavor and the smoothie was watered down. The food items where priced reasonably but the drinks are over priced. Unfortunately I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Ordered online for pick up as I went inside automatically was greeted and they told me where the food and smoothie was. Food was hot and drink was cold. I will come to this location again. Also the app reward was a great deal!

Love this place. I got almost daily. I will say I wish they had stronger lids for the smoothie cups. It has popped off and I dropped my smoothie 3x. I will bring my own cup to pour in from now on. Sad I dropped my yummy smoothie

Every single time. I hate avocado, I always ask for NO AVOCADO. Every. Single. Time. They scoop the green stuff on.
This location can never get it right. If you’re not going to make it to order, stop giving the option.
It’s staffed by a bunch of high schools kids that just don’t care and have no concept of customer service. Walk in and you’ll feel it right away. Get a solid manager and things will turn around. Until then, go elsewhere.

I went to Tropical Smoothie for the first time today. I ordered a Pomegranate Plunge smoothie, the Cali Breakfast Flatbread, and the All American sausage wrap. They had the food ready fast but when I got home (10 mins away) I noticed the All American wrap was ice cold like out of the refrigerator. My Cali flatbread was very good and warm just sloppy with sauce everywhere. The smoothie was great. I called the store and they offered to remake the cold wrap but I was already home. Next time I will double check the food before I go all the way home. They also didn’t greet us when we walked in. I thanked them anyway and walked out. The guys working were very much into their own conversation.

Only ordered out from here but the Baja wrap is great, delicious, and succulent. The Jerk chicken wrap was spicy and decent blend on Caribbean flavors. The wraps are decent size to keep you satisfied. For the price, it is worth the meals.

Worst customer service at this location. In a rush for work and wanted to quickly pick up an oatmeal. They don’t take orders over the phone. Ok… but I’m pulling into your driveway right now. Asked me to log into the app and place an order really and she’d “have it done SO fast because they’re not busy”. Ok, but I’m driving. And I’m pulling up in 2 minutes. In the five minutes she spent explaining about how she couldn’t take orders over the phone and how fast she could have it ready once I walked in, it could’ve been made and ready for payment/pick up. Terrible business model. Customers want convenience. Instead you lost profit.
