This was our 1st time here. Found hair in our food. Two people working, one younger female at the window who seemed not too happy to be at work and a younger male who came to the window who seemed like he had just woke up from a nap and didnt want to work either. I went inside to ask for a refund. The female called the male over to process the refund. He asked how I wanted my refund card or cash ( I had paid cash) so I replied cash. He handed me my cash, not a single apology, let me make this right at a later date etc, slammed the register shut and snatched and trashed the bag with the hairy food in it. Need grown management on sight and hair nets on your employees.
Edit: Restaurant sent a gift card for another wrap and the food was hot and fresh so I’m updating my review.

I’ve had nothing but great customer experiences coming to this location however today was not it. I placed an order online for my favorite wrap which was the Thai Chicken
Wrap with a side of jalapeño corn & a Blueberry Bliss Smoothie. I went inside for my order & waited a few minutes for it to be ready. I was greeted by the nice employee and told my order will be out shortly. I get to work and I see that it looked like my jalapeño corn was munched on I still ate my wrap though. Anyways I’d love to give it 5 stars but maybe next time

Could give zero stars if i could. I put no blueberries? i’m allergic. I also payed extra for extra strawberries and banana and got neither, just a sad amount of banana and zero strawberries

Very good smoothies dare I say it’s the best in Houston that I’ve gone to. Service was great and I was able to clearly communicate what I wanted to get my outcome. Atmosphere was inviting and it’s right next to my fav spot on Houston. All around just an amazing place that someone would love to visit.

Love love love this place. The smoothies are delicious and always get greeted with a smile. I asked for a super healthy one with less calories and sugar and Alize recommended the detox island green it was delicious.I added collagen and fat burner as she recommended as well . Favorite food so far is the buffalo chicken wrap and Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Salads are fresh. Ask for Alize!!

The island green smoothies that me and my wife got were delicious! However, watch your card. We went to the drive-through and I was told my total was $16.22. I gave the cashier my card and when I got the card back with the receipt, a 15% tip was added to my card without me being asked! A 15% tip to hand me something through a window. The smoothie was great, that’s the only reason I am giving it two stars.

Love this place!!! They have a really nice menu with a wide variety of items for a smoothie shop! Sandwiches, flatbreads, salads, quesadillas and even a kids menu! My smoothie was refreshing and delicious. I also got a sandwich which even came with a side of chips. The owners were so nice and friendly, they even gave us coupons to come back! Can’t wait to come back and support this business
