Terrible every time. Always out of stuff. Online orders don’t even think about it. Make everything sloppy and missing items every time. Just look at the frozen acai bowl emphasis on FROZEN but arrived completely melted. Guess they’re doing açaí soups now. I have ordered frozen acai bowls from locations farther than my home and they arrive completely frozen so they have no excuse. Workers close early when they’re not supposed to and are rude. Go to the Sugarland location way better. This location is a waste of rent for the company

It took 30 minutes to prepare my online order for in-store pickup. The service was incredibly slow and the staff treated me terribly. I even found a rotten slice of tomato in my food!

Every time I come in the morning, it’s always a great experience. Came a little later today early afternoon for lunch. The pretty young manager who’s there every day was talking to somebody official looking, while two other associates where the only ones working. I commend this team. They did a great job under the circumstances. The young tattoo covered manager has really turn this location around(for the most part, she can only do so much, I know it’s other management at night, )

No welcome as we walked in, other TSCafes have. Inappropriate music playing loudly, cashier on phone with earphone wires in doesn’t even look up to see we are ready to order, and the coworkers pants were sagging so low we could see his whole behind. I placed my order and child’s friend placed hers. When we got the drinks they were incorrectly labeled with no names on them and they had to figure out whose was who’s. The taste of the smoothies were mid. We Waited almost an additional 10min waiting for the wrap we ordered, come to find out it was just sitting on the counter. No announcement that it was ready for pick up. As we left, no “thank you for visiting” or “have a good day”. ♀️

I love the smoothies at Tropical Smoothie and the service at the Stafford location is truly excellent!! I drive out of my way for the better service at this location. Quynn, the shift lead, is friendly, professional, and excels at customer service!

Terrible customer service!!!!! Staff doesn’t say “Hello, how can I help you “. Waited in the drive through line for 9 minutes and nobody said anything. I had to go inside to place my order. One of the main reasons for coming here is for the Island Green smoothie. Customer service really needs a makeover. I have been to this location several times hoping it will be different the next time.

Came in yesterday and it was not the normal staff. It’s sad that the only time I have a good experience is when the manager and the other young lady who is normally there with her are there. They need to get rid of everybody else and start over. Lord forbid this store loses those 2 associates , because this store will shut down. It seems the owners don’t seem to care about what’s going on at location. Highly disappointed i wish i could give 0 stars.

Although I love tropical smoothie but this Location always gives me problems. Customer service isn’t the best, and they are very slow. I placed an order online at 7:58 pm and arrived to the restaurant at 8:14. The young lady came to the window and told me they were in the process of cleaning and didn’t see my order on the screen. I understand that they close at 9 o’clock but that shouldn’t stop them from expecting orders. The young lady opened the drive through window with an attitude rolled her eyes and handed me my food about 8 minutes later as if I was an inconvenience. She did not say have a good day or anything or apologize for the wait. Her attitude was very nasty. I also purchased corn WHICH is extra but they didn’t notify me that they were out, instead she placed a bag of chips in my bag without asking me what kind I wanted . I tried to go inside but the door was locked before closing time. This happened on Tuesday night 10/21/2025
