Tropical Smoothie in North Richland Hills is awesome! The place was super clean, and all the employees were friendly and working together like a great team to get orders out fast. I happened to stop by during happy hour (2–6 PM every day — who knew?) and it was such a nice surprise. Great service and even better smoothies!

$10. That’s what I paid for what might be the saddest smoothie/acai bowl I’ve ever seen. Did you guys make this with your eyes closed, or perhaps we’re on an acai bowl famine?
There’s no way someone thought this was acceptable enough to serve. This acai bowl is begging for more base, its at most 20% of the cup. Other locations are way better.

Okay let me just start off staying I’m a regular & come here everyday ! Today I had to get a smoothie remade twice bc it taste horrible and not like normal! I notice the person who made it was new. I’m not a happy customer whatsoever! Especially when I spend money at this location everyday! DONT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

I’m don’t usually drink smoothies, but I only have good things to say about them here. The Chia Banana Boost is one of my faves as someone who likes banana and the heartiness from the oats, nuts, and dates in it. I really like how I can pick apart the ingredients in the drinks. For something more decadent, my friend enjoyed the Mocha Madness. It sounded really good, so I’ll be trying that soon.
When I remember to, I try to sub for Splenda. There’s a lot of customizations you can make to the drink so definitely check with them or their online menu/mobile app. 10/10, definitely coming back again. 🙂
