I have patronized this location many times. Usually the wraps are full, the flatbreads are hearty and smoothies filled to the brim. This morning was the opposite. I asked for 2 drinks and 2 food items. When I walked in to grab my drink 1 of them was not filled to the brim like it usually is. I asked if there was anything that can be done and she responded “I don’t know why it does that some time, I can put ice in it”. I rejected and just walked out with my order. I got in my car and gave my husband his stuff and took mine out. As I began to unwrap it I immediately took a bite and it wasn’t pleasing to me. It was also extremely small like a taquito not a wrap. I returned back inside to address my concerns and was told I would need to speak with the manager. The manager arrived from the bathroom and I began to express my discontent with what was purchased. The manager argued that this was the standard size when I expressed I didn’t care for the taste and it was unpalatable she responded saying “it is not her problem that I do not like it” I was completely shocked by the response and asked for a refund which was denied. I even used my points and received $5 off for a purchase I didn’t care for. I asked for her name (Radha) and was presented with her attempt to continue arguing. I told her there isn’t a need to argue I have asked for something and you’re denying my request, correct and she said yes. I asked for the gm name was told Krish and they are on vacation and Radha encouraged me to file a complaint with corporate, so I did. I sat in the restaurant and filed the complaint. I also took a picture of the taquito and left it there. I am so upset by this outcome when I frequent this location often. I doubt I will ever return but I do want my money back

I ordered online and picked up this morning, the smoothies were great but the food was an absolute scam. I ordered a chicken mozzarella pesto Panini and I got my husband a chipotle, chicken Panini and both had no chicken and his was actually a veggie Panini, I don’t understand how that could’ve happened. Mine was literally pesto sauce and shredded cheese, and it was cold. Nothing was hot or heated at all. The young lady who works at the front was so rude. I think that’s probably why the food came out bad was because they don’t want to be there and they don’t wanna work. It is what it is, but I will not ever come back. And for 35 bucks? Terrible I feel cheated.

My boyfriend and I visited your store and selected a couple items, including a smoothie, to enjoy at home. Unfortunately, upon tasting the smoothie, I immediately noticed it had an unusually bitter taste. As a regular customer who typically enjoys your smoothies, I was surprised by the quality of this one, which led me to suspect that it may have been made with either spoiled fruit or vegetables.
In an effort to resolve the situation, my boyfriend returned to the store within approximately 10 minutes of the purchase (driving back and forth from our home). Initially, the staff member who assisted us was understanding and willing to replace the drink. However, another employee informed us that your store policy does not allow exchanges after 15 minutes and that such exchanges would impact her paycheck.
I am disappointed by this response, as I believe that customer satisfaction should be prioritized, particularly when the issue stems from the quality of the product. While I understand that policies are in place to ensure fairness, this situation left me with a negative impression of your business. Due to this experience, I do not foresee myself returning to your store.

I decided to check this place out. I didn’t know what to expect visiting a business that just opened and actually going during lunch time. I was immediately impressed about how fast the service was. The servers were friendly knowledgeable and the pricing was definitely right. The menu is not overwhelming sandwiches, wraps and quesadillas they have a dedicated kids menu and tons of different smoothie options. I ordered the chicken pesto wrap and my smoothie was a tasty treat on this very hot day. I will be back and I encourage others to check out Tropical Smoothie Cafe. Welcome to the neighborhood!

I really didn’t know what to expect with getting food at a smoothie shop but WOW! Exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely be back. Shelby knew the menu very well and was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. The smoothie was so good but the wrap AND side just topped off the whole experience. I’m not one to write reviews, more of a reader but I couldn’t pass up the chance to recommend this place with 5 stars!

Quick stop for a healthier breakfast/road trip drink.
Purchased a “Mocktail Party” smoothie, the Island Punch! It definitely gives you the islandy taste, just too sweet for me (they did add 4 scoops of sugar for a medium…yikes).
Over all, the shop was very clean and the color theme is nice, airy/beachy. I liked the feel.

Very disappointed. Ordering in the app should guarantee your order is properly prepared. You have all the information printed on the ticket. You traveling to pick up your order. Get it home and the smoothie is missing one of the ingredients that you paid for. Yes the amount is not the point, but it’s the time you waste having to travel back and forth for them to remake you a smoothie that should have been made the way you ordered it the first time. Just a suggestion for the staff. They should take in to consideration their paying customers time. You have customers who travel to your place of business for one of your smoothies by passing other smoothie shops because they love your smoothies you should be able to add points on their app or be able to refund them for the missing ingredient. I spend lots of money with you all and travel to get a smoothie I’m very disappointed. I would normally rate y’all a 5 star but today you will be a 3. Missing the Blueberries!

The service wasn’t friendly at all. The smoothie was okay, drinkable, but not good compared to other locations. And trust me, I have been to SEVERAL locations. This is the second worst one I have been to, so I guess that could be a compliment, but never coming back. Never!!!!!!!?

This is my third visit to this location, but the first time ordering food. First, the smoothies are just fantastic. I loved the dragonfruit one and am sad to see it go! Second, the food I ordered was delicious! I got the veggie wrap and the glazed sweet potatoes. Both were awesome. My husband got a quesadilla and his only complaint was that it was “a little small”.
