I went in today for lunch. I thought I was coming for a quick pick up order. First of all when I came in, none of the 3 workers I saw greeted me or any of the other customers. If I had been there to order instead of picking up an order I don’t think anyone would’ve noticed. I was only the second person in there waiting for a pick up order. I had ordered a wrap and smoothie. It said my order would be ready at 2:10pm. I got there a little bit before then and I waited until 2:25 for them to bring me my food. I could see that my wrap was ready well before my smoothie. I was very annoyed because more online orders came in and those people got their food before I did. In this time still not one of the employees asked for my name or what I was waiting for. Customer service was awful today. Then once I finally got my order she gave me the smoothie with smoothie all over the cup. I had to ask her to clean it and she did, but didn’t clean it very well. Once I got in my car I noticed the lid wasn’t put on all the way either and it almost spilled all over me. I am very disappointed with the service here today. Thankfully the food tastes good, however I will not be back for a while because of customer service.

I had never been to this location but my daughter was craving a smoothie so gave it a try. I walked in and it reeked so bad I almost left. I ordered 3 smoothies, paid almost $30 and they didn’t even fill them up. It also took 15 minutes for 3 smoothies. I’ll never come back. I’ll go the extra 5 minutes down the road to Smoothie King. So disappointed.

I use to be excited to have this smoothie place in my neighborhood. But for the last few visits, my smoothies have been chunky and today I was delivered someone else’s order. When I contacted the driver, he said that’s the bag he was given. This place needs to hire responsible adults to work. It appears to be a bunch of ill prepared and unconscious employees serving food. I’m so disappointed in the management staff for this type of service. I will not be going back and will not recommend anyone to this location.

I love tropical smoothie, but this location the employees need better training and to speed up. I’ve been here a few times and each time they are extremely slow. One time I waited 30 minutes for a wrap and two smoothies. And the wrap was only half full. Definitely need to invest in better training and oversight.
I got a Thai wrap and the portions are so ridiculously small! Definitely not the tropical smoothie standard. Also there was no peanut sauce in the wrap.

Typically love tropical smoothie but this location hasn’t trained their young employees well. The environment was chaotic and disorganized, with no management oversight. My smoothie was given 3/4 full and taste watered down. I would recommend the Frisco location off of eldorado and the tollway if you want a good location.

Reading past reviews , I wonder if management spoke with the staff. Just came in a few days ago and the staff was incredibly engaging and friendly. Placed my order and got it in 5-10 min for a meal and two smoothies. I left feeling happy because of how well they treated me. Love the smiles yall! And TSC food and smoothie just always hits the spot for me. I’ll be back and will update the review to see if it stays consistent. Have a blessed day!

I tried this place for the first time, and it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. I had a special request for a fruit replacement, and they happily accommodated it without any hassle. I ordered the kids’ strawberries and banana drink for my child, and it was a hit. The flavors were fresh and delicious.
For myself, I chose the detox island green, and I was very pleased with the taste and quality. It was refreshing and exactly what I needed. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The ambiance was welcoming, the drinks were great, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to others!

Do not recommend coming here. I made an online order for lunch with a friend at 1:12 pm today. we got there at 1:27 because it somehow takes them 15 minutes to make a simple flatbread (even though they always get the orders wrong). However, when my friend and I got there they made my friends order wrong, and I realized my order wasn’t even on their screen. I told them I had a receipt and $10 was already taken out of my bank account. The guy with a bun who I assume is manager argued saying it takes up to 15mins for orders to go through, so I reminded him i ordered the same time as my friend 16 minutes prior and they didn’t have it. I assume they just deleted it thinking it was a dupe of a different order. I then proceeded to tell him I had a receipt if he wanted to look but he didn’t care and didn’t even make my food or take a new order or anything. I started to get very impatient so I asked when J could get a refund if he refused to make the order i paid for!! They said they would call. They never did- and i had to leave empty handed to go back to school.

This Tropical Smoothie on Preston Rd and Frontier has the best service! It was my birthday yesterday and they sung to me. Even before that the guy, unfortunately I don’t know his name, but he welcomed sister and I upon entering the store with a smile and great attitude. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I will make this store the only that I buy from now.
