Me and my bf went to get some açaí bowls and smoothies and were met with smug and annoyed attitudes. The kids working there didn’t ask if I wanted a side with my sandwich ( which it comes with a side) and were frustrated that I asked for it at the window. After we didn’t get our smoothies we mentioned something to the kid in the window and he said “well yeah you have to wait”. If that already wasn’t unacceptable my açaí bowl was expired. And not by just a couple days or even a week…. It was expired for over a month and still was served to me! The label on the bowl said use by august 28!!! When I called the location the same kid who told us well you have to wait for your smoothies answered and after I said I’d like a refund or to remake it fresh he said “well I guess you can come get a new one if you want”. No apology, no sense of correction, no humility nothing. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed.

I really enjoy this location. The smoothies are consistently great, and the food quality is always solid. I visit regularly and often come here on weekends for lunch, so this review is based on repeated experiences over time.
That said, there is an ongoing issue with customer service involving one particular employee. On multiple visits, this employee has displayed a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude toward customers while taking orders and interacting at the counter. At first, I assumed it might have been a bad day, but the behavior has been consistent across several weeks.
During my most recent visit, after ordering to dine in, our food was brought out and placed on the table in a very careless and unprofessional manner before the employee immediately walked away. It made the experience uncomfortable and took away from what is otherwise a great place.
I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this has been happening repeatedly and felt worth mentioning. I hope management addresses this, as the food and location deserve better customer service.

Purchased a Hummus Veggie wrap today only to find chicken in it. Also had a piece of hair on top. I have really bad allergies to chicken and have been puking since biting into this awful wrap. Seems like it was done on purpose. Never returning and will tell my friends and family to steer away.

This time I ordered a Sunrise Sunset sub’d cran instead of strawberries, added B12, light turbinado and it was terrible. I’ve ordered this recipe 10x elsewhere and it’s been great – but here not so.

First time visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe and really enjoyed the Peanut Paradise smoothie. This is a great new building so everything is really clean with fun decor. I’m anxious to try the food on their menu next, I will definitely be back soon.

We thought it was a joke when our “bowls” arrived. They had less than 1” of filling. All other bowl places fill them to the top and then top them. $30+ for 2 of these. We would have paid less and gotten more with a smoothie and the toppings aren’t even fresh. So disappointing.

While TSC is not my favorite smoothie place of all time it is a nice reprieve from the other juice and smoothie places. I typically get the mocha madness which has a kick and tastes good.
I think the biggest con of TSC is it’s not the healthiest place in the world as one might think. But in today’s world it sure as heck isn’t the worst. I’d go 6 of 10 with health. 8.5 in 10 for taste.
Great place overall and nice change over other fast food options. Great staff usually even tho it’s always kids. Have to try it.

I got the BahamaMama bowl. It is so awful, I am throwing it away. It’s frozen. The pineapple seems canned unless that is what happens to pineapple when frozen. My daughter got a strawberry smoothie, and it is very good. I do not recommend a the bowls. I thought it would be fresh.
