Went there to pick up my mobile order and they didn’t cut my quesadilla, there was barely any cheese on my quesadilla, and my smoothie has no flavor, pretty much just blended ice. Employees definitely might need some more training. Mostly upset bc I chose to eat there after a rough and long shift at work so I was really looking forward to eating.

The last two times that I have been here the service has been awful! I’m a restaurant manager and the one thing that will sink an establishment is poor service. There were several teenagers working and my one smoothie took 20 minutes and the girl that finally came to the drive thru window – I asked why it took so long – she said they were training. I guess they were being trained the wrong way. She stared at me as she gave me my smoothie and never once said thank you. That says it all. If you don’t thank me, I won’t be back – there are plenty of other choices out there. I hope the manager of this store is able to turn things around.

So I usually love Tropical Smoothie Cafe, but this location in the past month has attempted to give me a Peanut Paradise instead of a Paradise Point 3 times! I was lucky I caught it today before leaving the drive through, but please talk to corporate about changing the name so it doesn’t get confused as easily!

Horrible costumer service.. I will make sure to not come here again unless they hire ALL NEW STAFF! There were no one in the cafe and maybe two people in the drive through.. they all ignored me, my daughter and my mother in law not even a smile or “Hi sorry I’m busy I’ll be with you in a minute” and then I went on my phone to wait and then the Gen Z child just stood there and said nothing when she was ready to take my order mind you there were 3 others that came in after waiting as we were in the front of the line and they could have said “I’m sorry for the wait”. Just awful! Train your employee to smile and say hi! Also the lady that passed me the smoothie said nothing and just looked at me. There were 3 of them and all good and rude. The Gen Z had the two nose piercing’s, then there was a brunette dude then a lady in locks kind of. All 3 with awful people skills and no personality.

a lady working there was incredibly rude. my smoothie that i order multiple times a week did not have peanut butter and she proceeded to argue that it did. i said im not trying to argue and she snatched the drink out of my hand and threw it in the trash… on top of that she was rude at the window and rolled her eyes at me for no apparent reason.. so thanks to that lady i will never ever spend my money at the tropical smoothie on hill side drive.

I got a nutella açaí bowl and also paid extra for more Nutella, but all i got in return was a line of nutella. I also thought they may have put nutella under the topping but did not. I am extremely disappointed.

I recently created an order on the app for a breakfast bowl. I was sitting in the parking lot of the Broken Arrow location when I placed the order but for some reason, it popped up the 71st street store in Tulsa and I did not catch that. TOTALLY MY FAULT!
When I pulled up to the window, Caleb told me that he couldn’t find the order and asked me to check my app. That’s when we discovered the mistake.
Caleb told me to hang on for a moment and returned shortly saying that he had spoken to April and they were going to honor my order at no charge to save me that long trip back into Tulsa.
I am blown away by this level of customer care. Clearly, it was NOT their fault and yet they went above and beyond to turn my mistake into a wonderful customer experience.
Thank you Caleb and April. You are shining examples of what it truly means to care about your customers!

The girl at the drive thru wasn’t friendly at all. She took at least 5 mins before anyone came in the speaker to take my order and she pretty much shoved my order at me when I got to the window. I ordered a pomegranate plunge and a side of the Maple Kissed Sweet Potato’s.. it came with 6 small pieces for almost $2. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Went to this location tonight at around 820 using the drive thru only to be told that the system was down and they can’t take any orders. But meanwhile it’s a bunch teens inside the store laughing and drinking smoothies.
