Tips From A Bellman
I’ve only been here twice since I recently moved to Mustang. My items were prepared correctly and timely. I used the app for my orders in the parking lot and it took only a couple minutes for my order to be processed. The employees seemed nice enough since I didn’t have a long interaction with them. The store seemed clean and organized. I’ll be back. I’m a longtime customer in Las Vegas.

I was going through the drive through and there were only two people in front of me and it took 25 minutes for me to get one smoothie. Once I got my smoothie, it ended up not being like how it is in other locations, wasn’t well blended at all, and was overly flavorful and jaw hurting at certain parts. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or just slow, but it would be nice to have some improvement. Other people have a lot of the same complaints as me at this location.

Went and got a smoothie made with rotten fruit? It smelled putrid and I tasted it before smelling it & felt sick. I went inside hoping to get a refund and they didn’t apologize or anything. Only offered to remake the smoothie with the same fruit they used originally. So disgusting and the employees don’t seem to care about anything, awful customer service.

I normally don’t leave a bad review unless I have had consistently bad experiences, but this was super disappointing and looking at other reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way. I ordered an Island Greens Detox smoothie, and it was barely even blended. I couldn’t drink it through a straw because of the large chunks of ice and ginger. My favorite thing on the menu is the veggie hummus wrap. Normally this wrap comes cut in half down the center. They cut this thing lengthwise from corner to corner and didn’t even cut it all the way through, so when I got home, I had to cut it again myself just to eat it. The “lettuce” on it was actually just a handful of center stalks (no leaf). My side of kale apple slaw was barely enough for one bite and only had one measley apple sliver in it. *Smh* I don’t plan to ever visit this location again and honestly should have called for a refund. If you can make the drive to the one in Yukon, I recommend you do it. Never a bad experience there.

Ordered a chia pudding bowl to be delivered by DoorDash and the entire base was frozen after I got it delivered and let it sit for 30 minutes with errands I was doing. When I finally sat down to eat, it’s nothing but a frozen base. There is 0 integrity at this shop if they were okay letting that leave as a meal for someone.

We’ve been to this store several times and enjoyed it very much!
Today’s visit was not so great!! The usual manager was not there – his replacement was Alex and we WERE NOT IMPRESSED!! She was rude and spoke harshly to us when we questioned the price. The first employee we saw was Jeremy, he was helpful and pleasant!!
The sandwiches we ordered were our usual orders and we’re use to them being served warm, today’s sandwiches were not! The drinks were not drinkable!!! Joe’s Bahama mama was gritty and pulpy, he couldn’t hardly get it through the straw, it was paler in color, didn’t taste right and he barely drank half of it.
My island green, no kale add energy was not drinkable either!! It didn’t have much flavor, was runny and the posted picture shows how little of it I drank!!
If the woman had not been so rude to us, we might have given her an opportunity to make it right but she made it very obvious she didn’t want to deal with us.
It will be a loooong time before we go back, If we ever go back to this store again!

I ordered two chicken quesadillas and they have me cheese quesadillas with no chickens. Extremely thin quesadillas with barely any cheese overpriced for what I was charged. Both my side banana and apple were very bruised so we don’t get to eat them. Basically I paid $25 for 2 smoothies and cardboard.

They said they were short staffed, but they weren’t busy when we were there. We got our lunch in 15 minutes, but it took 20 minutes to get 1 of the smoothies and over 30 minutes to get the 2nd smoothie.

They were a little short staffed when we arrived to pick up our mobile order. We had to wait several minutes for our food. But the wrap was nice and hot when we did get it. I had to ask to get the smoothie reblended. My autistic son kept getting pieces of ice or something stuck in the straw. The girl was super accommodating though and it was no trouble.

Was told I couldn’t get a refund because the store doesn’t have a manager at all. Great quality control guys, who knows what else was in it before I saw the tag. I already filed a complaint online
