The drinks are pretty good. The air conditioning felt amazing. My only complaints are that it smelled of bleach and the tables were a bit sticky. Other than that, it was nice.

I generally go through the drive thru. There is never any kind of “Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening” or “how may I help you?” It’s always “Tropical Smoothie, order when you’re ready “. What happened to a little kindness and friendliness and personality would be nice at the drive thru and the window. Also, I always order a PB Crunch Bowl or Wrap and I love them. Always good! However, they seem to be out of Peanut Butter an awful lot. That needs to be fixed.

Very clean inside. The workers have wireless headsets and whisper to each other over them. Smoothie was a little on the sweet side, but good nonetheless

Food would have been better if eaten immediately. Heat and steam do not allow veggies to travel well. Every smoothie I have ordered has exceeded my expectations. I will give an update on PB banana item as soon as I can eat it. Overall good and and fresh ingredients that when placed together, delicious.

I had to change my review from five stars to much less. Worse thing they did was replace the GM with this “new ownership”. You could tell she cared because the place felt relaxing and the food came out as expected. Now it’s just the opposite. Smoothies clog the straws because they’re not blended properly because now is all our producing quick for a profit rather than the customer. Why? Because franchises are “untouchable”

The Smoothie was the best ever and the Southwest wrap was amazing. The service was great. Very friendly and upbeat staff. I had been on the road working nonstop and eating fast food. I wanted something refreshing and healthy.

Eatable straws but did not try them as they were out of the strawberry straw.
This place was recommended to us. Glad I tried it.
They only have small or LG smoothies but they don’t mind making one thats not on the menu if you request it.
