Arrived in drive-thru around 8:20pm and I was the only customer there, no customer inside either. Guy comes on the speaker and tells me food line is down and could I please hold. After about 5 minutes waiting and watching as he takes out trash to the dumpster in the back( right by drive-thru) he comes back on and I order. Mind you never told me his name or anything! I ask for a manager, and he says I am the manager. I pull to order window proceed to call the complaint line at about 8:40 now, and explains my complaint to them. I sat there until 8:55 and guy cuts off lights all while I was on the phone with complaint line! Terrible attitude and service

Never had any issues with tipping people, if we got good service, but when they add on their own tip and have bad customer service…. I do have a big issue with that! Kara barely spoke to us and when she did was very short with replies, then added her own $5 tip. That is not the way to run your business, great way to make us not want to return.

Doordashing for a client. They started their day with a green shake. It looked really good. Tropical Smoothie mixes vegetables and then when they add the fruit, it makes it taste. I know my client enjoyed this. When I am delivering anything cold, I have to put the pedal to the metal to ensure they receive it cold.
