The poor, sweet girl taking my order was new and was confused about the POS when taking my order. When she had to ask for help from the other employee who was clearly more experienced, she wasn’t corrected or helped at all, the senior employee simply “fixed” it and walked away – leading to more confusion and more mistakes by the new employee. The new employee was very sweet and apologetic, and the experienced employee was mostly useless. I felt bad for the new girl… poor kid

Ive been a loyal hummus veggie customer to TS for a couple years now, however it seems that no one really know how to make the sandwich the way it should be made.. there was once this young man who made my wrap correct the right way EVERY TIME. Now it seems there is different employees every month. Last week they forgot to put the ranch in my wrap, the rice was cold and seem old. I went back and told them and they gave me a new one with ranch but the rice was still seemingly old or left out, it was hard rice. Who wants hard rice in their wrap? Today, I get my usual wrap and there is small green dots, as I said i am a loyal customer, i have never ONCE seen that on my wrap. Not to mention the bag also had the green goo on it too. Very unappealing, i tasted it and it was definitely pesto!! Even smelt like it! That is NOT supposed to go on a HUMMUS VEGGIE WRAP. I don’t know if the cook wasn’t changing their gloves or what, but i just decided to get my refund this time. This location is not just terrible, but they definitely need better training if my sandwich is consistently getting made wrong. These are just two incidents from the past 2 weeks. I would be a fool to go a third time just to have to go back and get what i asked for. I hate that because i really love my hummus veggie wraps!

I’m a frequent visitor and although it’s never bad, service can sometimes be slow and food wasn’t always consistent. Lately, everything has been amazing!! I feel bad for not getting the ladies name but there’s a new lady that works drive thru. Young black girl and a new cook, younger black girl as well. They are both AMAZING! Great customer service and my food has taste the best that it ever has from this location! I pray they stick around for a while!

The people are nice but CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! Second time a grilled cheese sandwich is wrong and for 12$… no. From now on I’m sitting in that driveway and checking my food…. And the wait for the sandwich both times, long. Don’t be in a hurry. The people were nice and offered to fix everything but time wasn’t good so both times I said forget it…

Special shout outs: Window worker- Nason, I believe was his name. Exceptionally friendly and informative, totally made the experience a 10/10. Also, I didn’t get the cook’s name but, whomever made our food- please don’t ever leave! Ever! It’s so up and down, particularly at this location- and today was a big big UP. The revision of the staff has been successful!!

I went by the Maumelle location on the way home and got the breakfast southwest wrap and smoothie (my go-to treat!) .. then had to stop at the library, but I didn’t want my food to get cold, so I ate it before I went in. OMG, that was the best wrap ever! It was still piping hot, everything was so tasty, not drippy (they’re usually hard to eat without a bunch of napkins, but – first world problems), and I enjoyed it so much! Smoothie was great too… not weak and no ice chunks. I called the store to compliment the chef and found out Addison made it Way to go! She made my day, and apparently I made hers also, lol

I went through the drive-through for my kids tonight. I ordered mango magic smoothies, one with Splenda one with regular sugar both with a shot whey protein what I got was paradise point that belong to somebody else they will not answer the phone. Every other Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to in LR is amazing but the smoothies at this location are awful, they aren’t sweet/ taste watered down. They don’t even taste like the same smoothie if you were to get the same thing in LR. I’m not sure what happened but hopefully they can get training from the other stores in Little Rock so their smoothies start tasting better because it’s honestly a waste of money. I keep going back hoping it will be better but they taste worse every time if anything.

I have never once complained about how I’ve been treated at a restaurant until now! The brunette with the pony tail has been extremely rude to me on multiple occasions. The blonde has made several remarks about my order and took ages to take my order cause she wanted to be on her phone. The shorter African with dreads called me several racial slurs and messed my order up idk how many times. It’s the main people I’ve seen working the closing shifts on Wednesday if I did any bad descriptions. They SPIT in my food once cause I was trying to lighten the mood. The older black lady is the sweetest person there. Give her a raise!
