Skip the drive thru and just go inside. The drive thru is terrible because of the traffic noise right behind you on the highway. But it also doesn’t help when the girl working the drive thru gets rude with you because she’s not speaking loud enough. I just got yelled at. Ironically, when I came here to leave this comment, I see I’m not the only one who’s experienced this rudeness.
This place was great back in 2013 when I lived here the first time, but it’s obviously under different ownership because the family that used to own it would never let the service stoop to this level.
I was hoping at least the food would be good, but the wrap for some reason is wet. They probably microwaved it with the tomatoes in it or something. I hope that’s all it is anyway. :/

Ordered from the Tropical Smoothie app NOT the doordash app, a dasher picked up my order and told me she had a flat tire to cancel my order. So I called Jacksonville location like is stated in the receipt email, they hung up on me twice (after laughing) and finally told me they can’t do anything about it, put me on eternal hold until I hung up. There is no way to request refund on the doordash app because I didn’t order from doordash. So basically I’m out $21.57 and the Jacksonville location is very rude.

Wow! Damarcus and Jamarious did awesome! I go to tropical smoothie a lot and this was my best visit ever! Great service and personalities. I’ll be back very soon haha!

Lady at the drive-through was super rude and I mean super rude I could t hear her and she acted put out taking my order. the boys were super sweet though I tipped them a dollar. But when I start eating my sandwich it tasted weird so I looked the tomato on it was rotten.

Took my 2 small kids (10 months & 2.5 years) out for lunch at this location. Parking was easy. As it was our first time at any tropical smoothie, it took me a minute to figure out what they had and what we wanted. The woman taking our order was fantastic. Helpful, but not overly involved in the decision making process.
Smoothie for my 2.5 year old and a smoothie & wrap for me. Bathroom had a changing table, which was super helpful. My 2 yr old locked herself in the bathroom and within less than a minute, they had the door open. Lobby was clean and people were friendly.

The ppl that work in this branch are very very rude they don’t know what customer service means it takes them 20 minutes to make a quesadilla .. there’s only black lady that works at the drive through sometimes she’s the only that has ever been nice the rest act like u are bothering them!! Like I’m paying for my food u not giving it to me for free so why act mean n rude!! If u don’t like ur job that’s not my damn fault!!

Left out items in order. Lettuce was not fresh. Smoothie wasn’t prepared right. Worst ever. Receipt was already scanned when I tried to scan in my app Mgr said they could assure no one scanned it. They refused to back order out & redo. Said I would have to pay again. I won’t be back. Girl at window said mgr Jazz wasn’t there then another girl came & said she was mgr. But not Jazz. Horrible food & service !!
