Great service and atmosphere. I ordered a strawberry Banana large. It did taste like a smoothie however the flavors were a bit weak. The banana flavor was dominant and the strawberry left the taste of powered mix. As it started to melt the flavor weakend even more to tasting watered. Sorry guy… it’s just my opinion of the smoothie that I got this one time…my first time.

We did a mobile order today as we were driving through on a road trip and it did not go well. It was not ready until over 10 minutes late past the promised time. After we got on the road and eating we noticed that none of our four sides were in the bag. Not wanting to turn around and waste more time I called and asked for a partial refund. They said a manager would need to call me back and when they did they denied my request with the only option to return to the store. I’ll also add that one of our smoothies was not blended properly and had lots of chunks of ice (which I did not notice until after that call)

It’s practically $10 for a drink here now, I’ve been going here since the drinks were $5.65 and I always get the peanut paradise. Only a couple times through the years have I asked it to be remade and today was one of those days. I did not taste any peanut butter. When I returned and requested it be remade the guy argued with me how the color of the drink was due to there being peanut butter. How the servings are portioned etc etc. You would think the remake was coming out of his check. Why argue with a customer? If I were not in a good mood it could’ve gotten really nasty. For the price of your drinks a customer should not have to drink it if they are not satisfied with it. I will not be going here anymore. Congrats on losing a long time customer.

Not sure what’s changed in the past few months but it’s now a toss up whether your smoothie will be liquid or if your food will be made nicely. Lately my food has been seemingly thrown together and lukewarm at best usually. The care just seems to be gone. I would rather wait a couple of minutes at the window and have my food be hot and put together nicely. I always went out of my way to go to this specific location even when it’s not the closest one, but it doesn’t seem like it would matter much anymore, if at all. Did management change ? I know a lot of the employees are different now. It’s just a sad decline as it was my favorite place to go for food.

The place has a drive-thru so they get points for that but it’s really busy and therefore very slow! If you go on your lunch expect to spend a good portion of your time waiting in line. Otherwise no complaints. My Avocalado was delicious!!

The manager Aaron (believe that’s his name) was so sweet and helpful! The cashier Allycen was super sweet and helpful as well!! They took care of my needs and made sure I was satisfied!! I will definitely be coming back to this location more often!

Me and my wife get smoothies all the time here, they’ve been rude to my wife for the last time , she pulls up to her usual pb cup w/whey smoothie with a code to redeem in cafe , its our first time ever using it, so we thought u might use like McDonald’s app, the mean, rude , and disgusting person(white with orange/red hair)that was taking my wifes order told her she could have spoke into the speaker before reaching the window which no one was in the drive thru at the time , speaking to my wife like shes stupid with an attitude not even willing to apologize when seeing my wife is visibly distraught and upset because shes been wrongly disrespected , u dont treat people that way and especially customers and my wife, she goes on to be oblivious saying she didn’t think she was rude , every other place lets u pull up to the window in town and order with no problem, we wont be going back with people like this working there

Amazing place to get healthy Smoothies and Food. Employees are extremely nice and respectful. Manager has a great personality and adds to the positive atmosphere. Me and my wife will continue to be regulars here. Overall best Smoothie shop we have ever visited.

Love tropical smoothie , but don’t love this location. The speed of service at this location is always slow. I don’t know what it is about this location, but they consistently make the blandest smoothie that I’ve ever had from a shop. Only one time that I have visited out of the 5+ have I gotten an avocalada that actually has a taste.
