Fantastic location. Speedy service. Friendly staff. I went here at least once a week over my lunch breaks for about 7 months while working in Benton. Never had any issues. Can’t recall a single time where they got my order wrong. The place was also very clean and the staff themselves seemed to be getting along well with another. Awesome location.

All but one of the staff seemed like they had better things to do than to work. I love TSC which is why I chose to stop.on our way through town. It was a convenient place but there were no restrooms and the whole seating is outside. It’s probably the worst TSC I have been to. If the staff were more professional, it would have been much better, like another star or two. The food wasn’t as filled with meat as it usually is.

I have been told for 2 days in a row after placing an online order that “their ice machine is down so they cannot make smoothies” it seems like at a smoothie shop it would be a priority to have that up and running or make it where you cannot place an order on the app and be charged for it. Ovr not a great experience recently. The workers try to be nice about it at least.

I have been to many different locations over the years and one location, in particular, in Las Vegas. Never once have I been dissatisfied… Until Benton. During the first visit, my wife and I had watered down smoothies. Despite the staff correcting it, it still didn’t meet our proverbial expectations. I gave it a second, even a third chance to redeem itself; to no avail. The last visit had whey powder chunks all throughout the drink. This place needs a random quality checkup to ensure propriety.

I went through the drive through at the Benton location, so my experience is based on that. First, the menu signage could do with a cleaning and definitely a lighting upgrade. It’s dim enough that I had trouble reading it. Second, Customer service seemed lackluster at best. Not enthusiastic, but not rude either. Last, my smoothie was really gritty. Not smooth at all. I think the Bryant location is a lot better and I’ll just drive the extra distance next time

My daughter just sent me the hummus veggie wrap or the veggie hummus wrap and an orange pineapple smoothie. Think it’s the most popular one I don’t know the name of it!! I’m a foodie and I really only like really nice meals from really nice restaurants. I’m not a sandwich eater..This wrap was to die for…. If you haven’t had it, I feel sorry for you. you’re missing out !!! I give them 10 stars… Smoothie was great too.. I was afraid it would be too sweet, but it taste like natural juices. So get off the sofa and get yourself to tropical smoothies or do what I did and have your daughter order doordash for you. I will be eating the hummus veggie wrap again this week. Awesome

Ordered a Red Sangria smoothie w/ splenda. Took forever( over 25 minutes) and then they got it wrong (used turbinado), even though the girl that rang up my order reminded the associate to use splenda. Waited another 20 minutes, still no smoothie. At least 10 orders after mine were completed, and customers left with their orders and countless drive thru orders completed. Finally I decided to just get a refund. Took forever for them to figure out how to process the refund, because I had added in a tip. As refund was finally being processed, the girl that took my order said ” Oh, here’s your smoothie.” I said, no thank you, I am already getting a refund. Not a good experience. Im usually very patient and understanding, but this visit was ridiculous. Probably will not return.

I always hit this place up for a post recovery smoothie after leaving Planet Fitness. The turn to get to drive Thru is a little tough to get around but for the most part the food and service is good.
