This place is unwelcoming. Went through the drive thru… can’t hear person taking order from the mumbling, and never repeated order back… wasn’t sure if he was still there or not. Never said anything at the window! You may want to check your granola, it has an unpleasant taste. I’m pretty sure it’s gone bad! The fruit tasted fine!

It is ridiculous as a customer when you have employees looking at you, walking by you, not even greeting you and still expecting somebody to take my order. I have never received such lousy service at a tropical smoothie this place needs some real customer service training. I feel sorry for the folks who live here. Luckily the tropical smoothie back home in Gonzales is well run.

Walked in, and was never spoken too, after i gave a greeting upon entry, but all the employees looked at me, never said a word. Finally employee spoke, only asking if I was ready to order. Seems they could be a lot more vocal to customers, seeing they don’t speak to you till they are ready to take your order…when bringing order to table, (customer still being friendly and speaking) they don’t say anything or mumble in a very low tone..

The people were fantastic. The smoothie was great. She made the kids an ice cream smoothie that was large and they drank every bit of it saying it was the best they’d ever had. If all 3 of these boys loved it, that’s saying a lot. They never like the same thing.
