Ordered a hummus veggie wrap, there was no hummus and no black beans and they put chicken and ranch on it. My order was made wrong and I did not know until I already left and arrived at my place of work and was unable to go back to have it fixed

Just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!
Visited on today in drive thru only to place an order for my fave drink “Mocha Madness”. Was instantly told that I would have to wait over 20 minutes because of a big order of students who were inside ordering drinks.
I asked, Well who’s running your drive thru? And why should I have to wait 20 minutes when I am a paying cust. (at window/drive thru) I should have nothing to for with orders for walk ins..
Guy was rude & very uncaring/unprofessional and shut window to proceed with walk in orders.
This is no way to treat customers & next time you have a BIG ORDER WALKIN, if you can’t handle both WALKINS & DRIVE THRU, then shut down your Drive thru until you get those orders out..
I would respect that more-so than being told I have to wait over 20 minutes due to walk-ins when drive thru is open for orders, but there’s nobody there to work drive thru orders. Make it make sense ..

I tend to go to tropical smoothie quite often and passion is an amazing employee she has such a bubbly and welcoming personality and she makes me feel special everytime I make my visit! The other employees an awesome as well I have not come across an employee who was rude or unprofessional definitely a good place to get a quick pick me up!

My friends and I went to the Alexandria Tropical Smoothie. My friend ordered a smoothie. The jetty punch. We sat there for at least 15 minutes before she had to go up and ask if it was almost done. Then, they finally started to make the smoothie. The service is absolutely TERRIBLE. Never had worse customer service. This was ridiculous. We were sitting in front of them and watched a server yawn!

I confess, before tonight I was no fan of smoothies. Apparently, I’ve just never had a good one. Until now! The Mango Berry Combo was a true delight.
A jerk chicken quesadilla, an ultimate club, and a peanut butter banana crunch flatbread rounded out the meal for three of us.
This place did not disappoint!

Everytime I go there it’s the same few people that make my drink and it’s always amazing and they are always friendly. I come in all the time just because of how amazing they are I ordered the jetty punch and its always on point. The staff are friendly and they work fast, the place is very clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend 10000/10

Whoever did my order on 07/24/25 at 9:30a.m, needs to go home and not come back… The smoothie doesn’t taste right and the salad had old and brown cilantro. I also ordered an extra ranch and I got less than what originally comes with the salad. My door dasher showed up and they only gave him a smoothie, luckily he read the receipt and saw that I also had a salad. By far the worst service I have ever gotten here.
