Today was my first time visiting Tropical Smoothie. Let me say I was very impressed. They have a variety of options which I love. The employees were very friendly and so welcoming. I don’t see myself going back to Smoothie King. Tropical Smoothie is hands down way better. Everything was delicious. Tropical Smoothie definitely has my future business. I am so excited I found a smoothie place with good quality food, smoothies and most of all friendly customer service.

This place is really clean! The staff greeted us as we entered, and were very polite and friendly. I had the Chipotle Chicken Club with Jalapeño Corn and a Mango Magic smoothie. Our food was out quickly, and everything tasted great.

They had their soft opening couple days ago I believe. Located next to Rickey Heroman’s so I don’t think there’s a drive-thru from what I can see.
It’s about 35° outside and there were at least 6-8 orders ahead of mine so there was a bit of a wait but the staff were friendly.
Taste was on point with all the other chain locations. I would suggest adding a tipping jar and also radio/music as it was deathly quiet in there lol.
Props to the guy at the cash register as I overheard him mentioning tips on how they could communicate better to make things more efficient.
Can’t wait to come back and try the food!

I had an amazing time here the worker Adian kinda looked like a poser and was a little short but was super cool and sung my newborn goldfish a lullaby to help it sleep the smoothie reminded me of the feeling of pooing after weeks of constipation it was amazing would go again 17.2/10
