I work nights and when I get off work in the morning I typically want something quick and easy that’s somewhat healthy, and this place is one of my go-tos. When I place an order online its always ready by the time I get there.
The smoothies and flatbreads are great! I like to get the cali breakfast flatbread with chicken and then I get a different smoothie each time with the bundle deal. The smoothies are a great size but I will say the bowls are kind of skimpy so I’d either get something else with those, or just get a smoothie instead. Also, the woman that works mornings is always so kind and very professional, so the service is great as well!

Took my son and granddaughter for the first time and we loved it!!! We got the 3 cheese and chicken quesadillas and a Caribbean jerk chicken wrap they were delicious!!! Dixie was amazing!!!! She told us what was in everything and made our experience memorable….we will definitely return!!!!

After our first visit we became hooked. We come by and order on average of three times a week. The smoothies are great and the food is delicious. However, most importantly are the extremely nice people you have working there. Keep doing what you are doing.

I was greeted by such an enjoyable smile, Dixie was very kind and patient with us. Our food also came out in a timely manner which was very appreciable. The cleanliness of the store was excellent I might add.

First time trying this place and pleasantly surprised. I Got the Caribbean Jerk and the sweet potatoes. Amazing my husband got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich with corn side. The bread is soft and the Ingredients were delicious. We will be back!

Update!
Went 4 months without returning hoping it would get better; went back yesterday and ordered my favorite wrap (Hummus veggie) and it was perfect. The service was much faster than it used to be and both ppl i interacted with were prompt and kind. Excited to hopefully be a regular again! 🙂
While I loooove the food, today was unfortunate. I had a tonsillectomy last week and I’m having to avoid certain things because my throat is healing. I ordered the veggie hummus wrap and had them hold the red onions, which they did, but there was hot sauce all throughout the wrap (it is not supposed to have anything spicy in it).
🙁 I was unable to eat it and the bites i did take, burned my throat. I am so so sad. This was awful. I have been close to not returning there because the wait is usually like 20 mins in the drivethru, and they’ve gotten my order wrong multiple times, but I kept coming back. However, I think this was the final straw 🙁

Ordered from here my fist time yesterday. Absolutely amazing. I loved it so much, I felt full and I felt awesome and not gorse afterwards. Today I was having a bad day and to pick myself up I re ordered the food. There was far less than half of the yogurt in the bowl than the day before. It was like a thin line of yogurt. No one cared to inform me they were out of blueberries. Instead of more strawberries, they put a TON of almonds to make up for half of the ingredients being missing. On top of that they left out the chips.
I don’t know if they just had bad employees working today or what, but that was a lot of money for severe disappointment.

I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie, thanks to Elizabeth Williams working the drive-through! She was super friendly, polite, and had such a positive attitude that instantly made my day better. She got my order just right, and even though the line was a bit long, she kept things moving quickly and smoothly. It’s not every day you get that kind of upbeat, genuine service. Elizabeth is a real asset to the team—definitely the kind of person who makes you want to come back again!
