We come here once a week to get smoothies for our three kids. We like our smoothies made a certain way and they always accommodate us. Tara did a great job remembering us and making our smoothies the way we prefer. If you’re on the go this is a great spot!

Was just given the worst smoothies ever and they won’t give a refund then I open up my potatoes to a nice moldy one on time. Disgusting. “Manager” on staff right now is horrible and rude!!!!!
Update. Was told to call back at 9am if I wanted a refund to talk to Robert. Called for over half an hour with no one answering the phones!!! Reporting this location to corporate and the health department.

I really liked the service at Tropical Smoothie by Ira Macdoo. The staff was friendly and quick. I tried the Mango Madness smoothie, and it honestly felt like real mango—fresh, smooth, and delicious. Definitely one of my favorites. Will be coming back again!!!

I went through the drive thru where they literally asked me to apply a tip. I said no, because why is everything a tipping service these days??? My smoothie was inedible. I got the detox island green and the person put so much Ginger in the smoothie it was horrible. I hope it wasn’t because I said no to the tip. I will pick a different location going forward.

Their smoothies are really good one of my favorite one is peanut paradise and I really love the new smoothie cherry berry protein its really good. I really love the atmosphere over there and the robert who is manager over the took good care of me I really liked their service.

I ordered the Cali Breakfast Flatbread and it did not come with the avocado and chipotle sauce like it said it was supposed to. This is outrageous. Waited over 10 mins in the drive thru and didn’t even get the thing I ordered correctly.
