This place gets overwhelmingly busy with a bunch of teenagers running it. We ordered 2 drinks. Took 25 min to get 1. Then they just start working on other orders. I was like hey I have 2 drinks and the girl says all snotty ‘all the orders are mixed up’. Ummmm why? Cuz teens don’t know how to run an efficient business and their customer service is even worse. After FORTY minutes from the time we ordered 2 drinks, I went to the register to ask again about our 2nd drink when she finally made it. We watched ppl come and go and we were there waiting 40 min! As a server, I have never even had a table of 20 wait 40 min for a fully cooked meal!!

Tropical Smoothie is always a great experience! The smoothies are delicious, refreshing, and healthy, and you can tell they take care of every detail. I also ordered a fruit plate, and although the fruit had passed, the staff immediately replaced it without hesitation. Their quick response and commitment to making things right truly stood out. Unfortunately the Only Person that Makes good smoothies Is there Manager. Almost Every time I have went in to get one from anyone else it was very watered down, not the consistency of A smoothie.

I have been endorsing Tropical Smoothie for a while now then yesterday I receive the wrong Smoothie I don’t taste it because it is for my wife about to have surgery i mention the surgery for a reason. I get home with the Smoothie it’s wrong it also has an immune booster that costs extra and I paid it obviously back to the point it all is but it’s wrong so my wife calls before I go to get dinner for this evening and Maria tells my wife rudely that there is no record of this purchase basically calling us liars ans also saying “all this over a free Smoothie?” She is young so Maria missed that it’s the principal 1. Never received the correct Smoothie with an additive and now more importantly is I have a busy schedule Tropical Smoothie was Dinner plans for a while now the food aggrees with my wife and I like it to but now I need new plans sounds like reason enough to speak with an attorney the inconvenience and being treated like a thief that’s why the photos paid for and didn’t finish it also Maria said she couldn’t find my ticket implying I was lying or trying to get a free Smoothie same difference so that photo is in there proof and did there job 4 them

The crew was fantastic. They have a new guy named Kevin who said he’s been there about a week, he’s friendly and very courteous. Jonah was also helping Kevin out. They both worked really well together. It’s nice to see a team atmosphere. The food was very well prepared. The smoothies were great. Will definitely be back for more!

Kevin is the main reason we come back to this place. If he’s working smoothies you’re gonna want to grab one. Friendly guy. He even recommended a smoothie when I asked what his favorites were. Ended up settling on the Bahamas mama. Can’t go wrong with that one.

The whole smoothie was full of chunks of fruit and ice, and I couldn’t even use the straw because of the slimy pieces of un-blended banana in the bottom. I had to chew the smoothie to eat it, and it was honestly really gross.
