This is the best tropical smoothie ever. I drive 30 minutes away for this specific location, even thought I have a closer one 5 minutes away. Yes, its so worth it. I love having friendly conversations with the staff here. I rarely have convos with food service workers, but the staff makes it feel so natural. Julian (the tall kid) always gives recommendations that are so delicious. 10/10. Mango monsoon all the way!

Stopped by for the first time and was really excited to try.
Very disappointed
I got salad and acai bowl to go .
Salad had darkened and soggy greens and no dressing at all ( supposed to have peanut dressing, but I guess it was forgotten )
And I got completely solid frozen acai bowl, not cold or in any condition where I could have scooped and eat it. Completely solid frozen brick
Strawberry, blueberry and banana, that supposed to be fresh, were really not fresh at all. Seems defrosted, also soggy and watery…
Had to throw away both items …

im extremely disappointed and disgusted by what i received this afternoon. When I opened my açaí bowl, I was met with a piece of one of the employee’s hair and had to dispose of the whole bowl. I feel as though I have wasted my money and will not be returning to this location or franchise any time soon.

Got a couple smoothies and breakfast flatbreads to go. The Cali breakfast flatbread is supposed to have cheese, avocado and chipotle mayo with the sausage and eggs. This is what I got.

First off, I would like to say this place is completely renewed.I don’t mean the physical facility, but the staff is amazing. They created an amazing atmosphere and now I feel welcome here and I come way more often now.
The way you are treated, how fast your food and drinks are is completely amazing and breathetaking.I am never going to any other Tropical Smoothie.
I reccomend 1,000,000% to any family, parent, son/daughter, LGBTQ+ community to come here and feel at home. There’s no better way to say it but straight to the point.
